Hotel bit rundown,needs renovation

Area was great.

The back view was dirty. Porch needs cleaning. Very disappointed.

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived 6 hours before check in and they held out bags for us while we hit the beach. We returned 7 hrs later and they we already in our room waiting for us. Exceptional customer service all around.

Need maintenance in several area, so the estetic can created more. Especialy in 5th floor too many space useless and not maintained

Either dinner the night before or breakfast made 3 of us sick. Violently sick. Staff were very nice however.

Only stay here if you have to, not because you want to.

i request for a hard bed. they make it a soft bed. They add so many layer of soft layer. all they should have done is just turn around the mattress. The bed sheet is dirty and looks old. some time no reception staff at the reception counter.

Fridge was cold .Room was ok .

Breakfast was horriblePool was in desperate need of repair So many broken tiles , some standing up ,which you could easily stand on and cut your foot ..water was cloudy.

Tidy,central,clean and value for money

There wasn't a single negative or downside, especially for the price we paid!Breakfast was awesome and had great variety, plus was always warm.The pool was a great temperature and is very pretty with a lovely bridge.The room ac works very well and kept the room cool during our entire stay.The staff were very friendly and helpful, we got alot of support from them which really made the difference on our current visit.My partner and I both got sick with different things at different times and my partner was in a dire condition. If it wasn't for the hotels staff and facilities we'd have had to go home early on an emergency flight. The fact the place was so accommodating made it so we could focus on getting well and trying to salvage our trip. I cannot thank the staff enough!If we go back to Bali there's no question, this is where we will stay.

Absolutely nothing! I cannot think of a single flaw or fault.

The rooms were a really good size and nice and clean. The pool was awesome and brekky selection was great. The staff were so lovely and friendly …. Location was perfect for us
