Kuta Seaview Beach Resort

Very nice staff, great buffet breakfast, excellent location. Clean rooms.

Staff were friendly, they had different free activities around the pool on various days. Location great for shopping, right next to poppies 2.

Cant be avoided but they were doing maintenance work, so sometimes it was a bit loud when sitting on the balcony. I would say they were trying to get it done before season picked up again.

In a very good location. Lasted 5 minutes walk to a major shopping mall. Across the street is the beach. They upgraded my room at check in. That was nice. Breakfast was okay.

The breakfast buffet selections are average. Ham are pretty common choice for breakfast but it is not available. Paying 150,000 Rupiah for the breakfast I don't see the value there.

Great location, comfortable rooms and good pool/restaurant.

Everything about this hotel resort is amazing. From the second you walk in you are greeted with smiles and a welcome drink. The grounds feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The bar the and the pool are perfect. Right next to Kuta beach, walking distance to hard rock, CIrcle K, and many other markets. I would stay here again the next time i come back to bali.

Wonderful location! Close by airport, beaches, popular attractions! Food was amazing! Staff very friendly and always smiling! Come to Bali! The people are so happy and helpful!

The mandatory wait at checkout, so the staff can check my room for missing items. It's disturbing and something from the past. I would rather pay a deposit at check in, than to go through this humiliating wait once more

The resort is located in an ideal area close to the Beach walk mall and across from the beach, as well close to restaurants and bars. The bungalow is beautiful and quint surrounded with beautiful tropical trees plants. We enjoyed our breakfast options that we included and our meals from the on premise restaurant Rossi. Awesome value!

We left too soon, 4 days was not enough for us!

We had the Garden View room towards the front of the property and it was lovely - quiet and peaceful. The surrounding pathways and gardens are stunning.The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating - hard working but always with a smile on their faces.The gardens and grounds were beautiful and someone was always tidying and pruning and sweeping/pressure washing to make sure that everything was clean and inviting. Rooms were cleaned daily and in a timely manner by lovely staff. We needed more padding on our bed and the staff accommodated us straight away.

The bed in our Garden View room was very firm, not what we are used to. We approached the reception staff and explained our issue and they were able to supply and install extra padding to make the bed more comfortable for us.If you don't like a firm bed, you will need to choose a different room type as all of the Garden View rooms have this firm mattress.

One of the pillows smelled a bit damp.

The gardens and pool at lovely. The sun lounges are particularly comfortable for reading of a snooze. The staff are exceptionally friendly. And the breakfast is great too - almost too many options ha ha.

Everything about this hotel was beautiful. The grounds, the lobby, the pool and especially the rooms were all amazing. The staff were so kind and could not have been nicer. Breakfast was a feast of delicious food and great juices. Best part was that it was right on Kuta Beach and a short walk from great dining.

There was nothing that I didn’t enjoy at this hotel. As close to a perfect stay as possible.

It was well maintained but the bathroom was a little dated

The outdoor area was beautiful and well-maintained. The pool was nice, and both the restaurant and spa were in great condition. The room was clean, with excellent daily service. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also perfect.

Since we booked a room for three, the main bed was comfortable, but the extra bed was noisy and uncomfortable. The room with the extra bed had two large frosted-glass windows without blinds, making it too bright and not ideal for sleeping. Although the breakfast was great, it didn’t include cheese or peanut butter.Overall, I recommend this hotel, but it could be improved by paying attention to these small details.
