The staff kindness cannot be described and the place was in the middle of everything. They even gave us a complimentary dinner for our honeymoon, and it was very kind from them

The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond with my missing sweater. The manager was very nice and apologetic - she was very lovely to deal with. The location is very central and you won't run out of things to do. To our surprise, the room were in was very quiet as we expected loud noises around Kuta area. The breakfast had a lot of options and changes each day. There's also free tea at the lobby. They a have a lot of in-house activities as well. Not too many bugs and mosquitoes around the area.

Bathroom was not well maintained. It creates flooding after a shower. We tried putting towels to stop it from flooding but did not help. Cracked tiles and black mold all around it. There's also a stale smell coming from the bathroom but this is because of the humidity. It's just a shame because the room itself is very clean and the hotel presents itself very well. However, when you open the bathroom, it looks very run down. We also noticed that reception staff changes too often that communication doesn't align. Sometimes you get someone very helpful and then in the afternoon you'll get someone who is completely unaware about a situation.

Complimentary beverages at the lobby were nice, especially the tea. The place felt like "home away from home." Nice local character.

The music from a bar across the street was pretty loud. Thank God the music faded after 9 pm. The towels need replacement--they were thin and did not feel right. We asked for a cab the following morning for an early flight. Cab was there but driver was gone. The front desk person had no idea how to contact the driver. We gave up after fifteen minutes and got a Grab ride instead.

We had a difficult trip with a lot of logistics that went wrong in Indo. However, the staff and team at 14 Roses went above & beyond to make our situation right. We will now always stay here again in the future when we are back in Bali!

I like the staff a lot, they are very friendly. Foods is excellent. I really recommend have dinner there at there restaurant then randomly find it outside the hotel because it is cheaper and better quality. On Saturday night, they have promotion which is really great.

Location is far from the beach, but we can walk and enjoy shopping along the way

We’ve loved the tranquility this hotel provides. It is located in a busy area, but as soon as you enter the hotel you are greeted with the typical calm Balinese vibe. Both pools are amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times.

The smell of the water in our shower was a bit difficult to bear. But different climate, different ways how you manage the quality of the water.

Didn’t have breakfast at hotel but the hotel itself is great and the staff are so friendly and helpful was easy to upgrade to a different room?

Beautiful serene oasis in the middle of bustling Kuta! Gorgeous rooms. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Lovely pool.

This hotel should be investigated by the police. I slept 3 nights in bedbug infested rooms and woke up with dozens of bites. They moved us to different rooms twice and took every single one of our clothes to laundry for a whole day. We had to buy clothes to wear. They took pictures of my bites and then never mentioned it again. This completely ruined my entire stay in Bali. When I asked for compensation they refused to give me anything besides a free taxi (worth about 4 dollars) when I paid 330 dollars for the stay and the new clothes. Booking is also refusing to answer my complaints. Nobody should go to this hotel ever. It clearly has problems with cleanliness and bugs and the staff refuses to help. Infuriating situation.

The most noisest hotel that i have ever stayed at , breakfast is horrible, pool hours are meant to be 7am-8pm, but they let loud drug people in the pool for all hours of the night. Not 4 star I would probably give it a 3 max.I rate my motels by would I stay there again and this is a definite NO

Very cozy hotel with its tropical courtyard and swimming pools. Perfect location in the center of Kuta. Quiet and away from the city noise. We booked the Madya Studio room and it met our expectations. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The breakfast was a bit bland for a European. However, there was a choice. The coffee was terrible, but for an extra fee you could also get normal coffee ! The juices are diluted with water. The fruit selection was very poor.

I'd definitely stay at Fourteen Roses again. I stayed in the Royal Poolside Room which was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The grounds are stunning. Small boutique style hotel which I prefer. Breakfast was great to start off the day. The location was ideal. The only slight downfall was waiting for towels for the pool and they could do with a couple of more day beds at the lower pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast could be a little better

Room was comfy, staff were all very nice, always saying hello with a smile whenever you walk past them. Nice atmosphere and street behind hotel has some nice restaurants particularly for breakfast/brunch.

As weird as it sounds, the toilet paper was clearly the cheapest type out there and I'm sorry but they need to get better quality. The hotel isn't that cheap that it needs to be basically like using leaves.. if you get Bali belly you're gonna have a hell of a time!

Great location. Walking distance to alot of food shopping and the beach.

Can be a bit noisy with the music from surrounding venues.
