Legian Beach Hotel

Location was perfect. Restaurants and shopping across one entry/exit and beach across the road upon opposite end of hotel entry/exit.Staff were extremely lovely and couldn't do enough for you and the hotel facilities offered everything that opened & shut

Only disappointing thing was that we booked a room with a balcony and upon arrival our first 2 nights were spent in a garden view room

The majority of the staff were really nice and pleasant.

Accommodation block was very underwhelming. Dark corridors, no artwork hanging & the planter boxes had no plants and were filled with sand for cigarette disposal. Pool areas had no vibes/music. Pool areas were no fun for teenagers. TV and WIFI terrible

Staff were amazing. Setting is beautiful. Rooms could do with an upgrade. They were a bit outdated. Overall experience was good though.

Rooms in need of updates. If the rooms were nicer this hotel would clean up.

The room was INCREDIBLE. Huge room with window seat, VERY comfortable bed, and massive bathroom. All with a private backyard surrounded by greenery. Very quiet hotel.

Check-in took over 90 minutes. We were told we could wait down by the pool. We ordered a drink and had to pay for it (usually with such delays they are complimentary).

Dinner was average.

We stayed in room 107 and I seriously thought it was a bit of a joke. For the price paid not worth it at all. We are now staying at the courtyard Marriott and I should have booked here the whole time

I liked the pool and walking distance to the beach.

For the price, the value was not there. This hotel was equivalent to a Motel 6 in the US. The facilities are very rundown. We felt that the staff was not very helpful. Frankly, I would not return ever. In need of a major renovation.

Villa was spacious and clean in the garden area and was within short walk from restaurant pool and beach

Location was great ? the breakfast had lots of variety. The New Year's Dinner Buffet is fabulous.

The outside needs an update. It looks very run down.

I didn't like that it seemed too hard to change a recipe or check ingredients for gluten free.

Spa area clean & helpful

I found the reception staff arrogant as if they were more elite than the customer. Concierge took my JBHifi bag which had pool products that needed repairs but I think they thought there were electronics inside weather someone else took it at the lobby car park where they are suppose to look after baggage or the personal decided to keep. Pool closes at 7 pm so to bad if you want to swim after a day of shopping or meetings.

Location, breakfast, comfy bed

The premier pool villa was clearly advertised as having a living room separate from the bedroom. This is the reason I booked it and paid the higher price as I required the separate space.. In reality, the villa was just one room and a bathroom (the living room and bed all in one big room). The staff were not particularly helpful when I suggested we had the wrong room, saying there were no such villas in the resort.

The pool area and location of the hotel was ideal.we really enjoyed our time in Bali

Breakfast was good but not as much variety as we have had at other resorts in Bali

Great room and facilities. Loved the kids pool for our little kids and the slide. Was great for a young family like ours. We had the Family room which had a loft bed and 2 single beds. We got a roll away bed for the extra person which was ready when we arrived. Room was clean but one day didn't get changed with a 'voucher' for sustainability to use the spa at a discounted rate. Breakfast was beautiful every day. We stayed here the week before school holidays so expected a better experience for the price we paid.

Non cleaning of the room that day with the voucher for the spa felt more like a marketing/revenue effort. We should have been asked if we wanted this option for the cost of our stay. The fridge in our room wasn't cold despite the lowest setting. Maintenance came and it still wasn't fixed. We called 2 more times but nobody showed up and we had to dispose of food we had for our kids. Was very annoyed about this. Staff could have been friendlier.

Payment problems. Someone tried to scam my payment by sending a fake what's app call to me from the hotel. I now prefer to pay on arrival.
