It’s a nice small hotel and quiet

The doors to the balcony, bathroom and entrance need fixing or replacing, they don’t close properly and there’s gaps and the mozzies and light get through

Location was great and helpful staff

Our double bed was singles pushed together which was uncomfortable

The location was close to the beach, the staff were polite and helpful, and the price was very good. However, the facilities at the other branch in Legian were more complete.

The hotel was in a good location. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good value.

I booked a garden view room to be away from the pool and the noise you get from it. Music all day, people using the pool at night when it' closed, etc. Unfortunately they gave me a pool side room, I asked for what I booked but they said they didn't have any available. I should have walked away then.

This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I've ever had — I had a room for 17 days! The staff (in every role) are the sweetest and most accommodating, always with genuine smiles and kindness. They are available to help you book rides using their shuttle service which I did use to get to the airport when leaving and was a breeze, and answer any questions. The grounds are gorgeous. The pool looked impeccably clean (I didn't get to use it as I freshly tattooed). The room was lovely and well kept, warm shower, mini-fridge, ample storage, and clean. They provide water. The outdoor seating area was an amazing place to rest during a downpour. If I return to Bali and am in the Kuta area I will no doubt stay here again!

The light switches are confusing as they must be set just right in three places to turn off/on where you like — I think an instruction printout added to the very useful handbook would be great! The WiFi is geo-fenced so you must login in every time you return to the hotel.

The staff are definitely what made my stay fantastic. Can't say enough good things about Astri, Kris, Dayu, Sepya, Dwi, Agus, Coma, Panji, Cahya. Hope I got the spelling correct. All the rooms are based around the pool. I was in a pool garden room next to the restaurant and once or twice I was woken by the clinging of cutlery when the team was setting up in the mornings.The rooms are huge and cleaned exceptionally well by Dwi. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable that I've slept in. The air con works very well. Breakfast was a small buffet style meal. With four choices of hot food, eggs cooked how you like, one ceral, some pastries and fruit.Top value for money.

Fourteen Roses Beach Hotel has become my go-to destination in Bali—this is my fourth visit since October 2025, and every stay has been just as enjoyable as the last! The hotel continues to impress with its amazing amenities, from the beautiful pool to the relaxing atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout the property.The location is absolutely perfect—whether you’re in the mood for delicious local food, a rejuvenating massage, or vibrant entertainment, everything is just a short walk away.But what truly makes this hotel special is the incredible staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Cahya and Fenny at reception—they are warm, welcoming, and always go the extra mile to make sure guests feel at home.Highly, highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Only thing going for this hotel is its close to garlic lane

Outdated rooms. Dirty room. Unclean sheets. Towels need replacing they are so old they have turned grey. Loud thumping music from the pool area, i love loud music but the bass was too much.

Recently renovated, comfortable beds, great staff, very helpful and welcoming. Shout out to Fenny and the other amazing staff on deck!

Excellent cool water pool shaded all day. Good location and lovely staff. Good value for money given location. Pool area played loud music until 9pm.

I really loved the staff, they were very nice and helpful. Location was perfect, close to many bars, restaurants and shopping.I didn’t like the beds and pillows were way too hard.

Stayed here for one night after missing a flight. Booked and checked in late. Great price. Amazing customer service. The man on the front desk was helpful. Hotel was lovely.

We liked our proximity to the pool, restaurant etc. The staff were friendly.

Our room was close to the pool bar and restaurant and was very noisy, not from people enjoying themselves but the loud music that they played. Starting at 7am with the breakfast music which woke us up each day - there is no need for it to be so loud. Then in the evening one night we wanted a drink at the pool bar after 9pm but they said that they were closing. Every night after that the music was still up loud after 9pm (for an hour or 2) even if there was no hotel guests at the pool. The only real access to the bar is via the pool - very weird setup.

The pool area and staff are amazing

The rooms are dirty pillows smelt like dirty hair and they forget to fill the soap up when cleaning the rooms so had to keep asking . One very annoying thing is they blare music at 7am so it’s hard to relax or have a sleep in .
