Comfortable bed, Great aircon, fridge working great.

Shower was tedious as it would drop of the holder but the water pressure was good.

I visited reception to check that my request for a ground floor room was met. Unfortunately my request could not be met at that time but I was told something might be able to be sorted out and that Reception would call me. They did not call me.

Close to everything, clean and friendly.Pool was lovely!

I booked a double bed room got two singles, phone and safe didnt work. Told I would be moved on second day, check back on third day ended up in same room

Great location and pool was nice.

Noise from the bar later in the evening. Bands played everynight and it was very noisy.

Truly lovely staff, helpful and efficient. Excellent breakfast. All you can eat for 90,000 ruphia. Great location to beach, other restaurants, shops and close to a school so you can quietly observe the comings and goings of locals if you wish. Choice of 2 well keep pools to use.

Pool area was nice. The outlook of the hotel was nice. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was not included in our room. Location was on the border of Legion and Seminyak. Walking the streets was easy to get wherever you needed to go.

Hotel was a little dated and old. Bathroom was old and could really use updating. Everything had to be paid for with cash, there was no booking the amounts to your room. Booked a queen room and was given twin bed room.

The rooms and pool and location were great.

The room service was shocking, at around 10.30pm the young girl pushed her way into the room and demanded "you pay now"! She was looking over my shoulder as I tried to get money out and all around the room like she was casing the place. Think she may even have been intoxicated. There is a popular late night bar Fat Buddha attached to the property. Later, in the late hours, a huge fight between two Indonesian females went on outside our room. It went on forever, without being moved on by security. Many guests complained the next day, including us. The front reception staff were sympathetic but explained the front bar was owned by them but different management. Surely though security on the accommodation side of things should have moved them on. I think a male resident had asked the girls back and to his credit, we heard him asking the girls to be quiet. It was a screaming match.

The staff are amazing and this place is perfect for what we need when visiting Legian in Bali.

Baleka hotel is great but new restaurant management and the menu has changed and I miss the deep fried mozzarella especially, also restaurant is more expensive than last time and food and drinks are more expensive than most places in this area, also cant charge to room anymore..you have to pay everytime you order drinks or food to room or while around pool. Cash or card which is annoying when you could usually just put on room bill.

Staff were polite and helpful, room was comfortable and clean, and location is ideal for those wanting to stay in Legian

The pool access rooms near the fat buddah is just way to loud at night and can't sleep until the music finishes

The pool is nice and the hotel in a good central location, and not too far from the beach.

Would be nice if the swim up bar was open.

Didn’t clean rooms properly each day, bed sheets where left on bed if dirty… bathrooms not cleaned. Also changed our lock on our door without informing us first.

Breakfast was good although not a great variety. Pools were sparkling and location was excellent.

Room doors did not seal out the mosquitos, fly spray would have been good.
