Bintang Kuta Hotel

Location, access to the sister beach resort amenities, decent breakfast, comfortable mattress.

We were using the room to rest during a long day of travel from Lombok back to Australia. The check in staff offered for us to go into our room at 9am that morning which was wonderful for us to rest. Thank you very much !

Services were poor. Staffs are not proactive. Have to ask few times for everything

We only found the beach access and route to the big resort pool as we were leaving

Lovely staff and comfortable rooms. It was great to be able to use the facilities at the neighbouring Bintang Resort

Buffet breakfast wasn’t as good as other properties I’ve been to in Bali.

We understand that it’s the wet season however the mould was a big problem in the hallways and the smell was overpowering in our room. We were offered a change of room but we were only there for 2 nights and declined and our room was sprayed with air freshener. The issue was addressed and the staff were more than helpful. Groups of people sitting at tables outside smoking and near the door so the cigarette smoke was coming in the restaurant area. We would like to eat breakfast outside and would be a good idea to have a smoking area for those people who smoke

The rooms where clean and comfortable

The breakfast & food in general was not very nice. Front desk staff not overly helpful.

Size of room and friendliness of staff

Choice of breakfast and could only have butter and bacon on request and when room was cleaned they didn't wipe the vomit off the bathroom door nor did they remove dirty dishes from room service.

Best part was away from the hotel.

Not enough choice for breakfast and I thought it was quite over priced for the room we stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Spacious room, cleanliness, convenient location

Good breakfast but a little limited.

Been to this hotel many times. It has never disappointed us. 10 minutes from the airport, clean, tidy and friendly staff.

Sometimes taxis ect confuse this hotel with its big brother next door.

Good location and good price, near to main attractions and facilities

Location was great for us, could walk to Waterbom Park , shops and lots of food options within walking distance. Bank directly out the front had a great exchange rate.

Entry could have better signage, and our driver accidentally went into the wrong entrance. The building itself does not say the name of the hotel.

The location was perfect.Breakfast was great.

Cleanliness and mould smell in all three rooms.Air conditioners filthy causing terrible smell also.

Location was excellent, great pool with some shade, basic but complete breakfast options, price was good.

Had to ask for water and toilet paper as they had forgotten to re-stock during the day.

Room was lovely, good size and clean. Lots of food options around and breakfast was well done. Good location and easy to get around. I liked that we were able to use the resort facilities.

Wish there was a door to the bathroom and the towels were bigger/ newer. Sometimes there were bugs in the room/ hotel. I disliked having to go to the resort to have a swim up bar. Also, that it was so hard/ confusing to get to the resort from the hotel (lots of stairs and windy turns).

Really enjoyed our stay here, the property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good spread of dishes too and there was an egg/ omelette station.
