PassGo Digital Airport Hotel Bali

TV, work desk

Cold, not sound proof, lukewarm shower

Very clean!! Right in the airport. Convenient as a transit hotel. Cool experience to stay in a sleeping pod. Pod has tv, light controls, and temperature controls. Modern and high tech! Large community bathroom with plenty of toilets and shower.

Very helpful and friendly staff and very convenient location in the airport.

This was the perfect place to get some rest and stretch out during a layover between flights. It is right there in the airport and food options are steps away.

Easy to find, easier to check and have a good night's rest during a long layover. They also have showers, free water, toothbrush, TV, and wifi in the pod. And you can just take the escalator to the third floor for all of your dining / shopping needs.

I liked the full experience. Staff, location, price, amenities all were good my stay and their flexibility is amazing for late night red eye travelers. They understand and they are open 24/7.

I liked the full experience and will do it again.

It was handy that the location was right in the airport so when we arrived we could check straight in and leave first thing in the morning again. The size of the capsules were spacious and had lovely lighting options.

The capsules smelt a bit - they could be aired out more between customers. The other beds were very squeaky so whenever someone got in or out it would wake me up. Earplugs could be supplied for this.

Surely exceed my expectation. Location is unbeatable, super for those who arrive late or take early morning flights. Very clean, secured locker for your luggage and surprisingly they also have benches where you can put your luggage on to sort out your stuffs.

A bit pricey, but given the location, it’s acceptable

No breakfast was included in my booking. So all good. Overall it was ok. All you need is to lay down and take a nap. It is not pricy and the price is fair. So expecting this to be fully clean, quiet etc. is no realistic.

It’s very comfortable for a short stay, especially if you have an early flight. Spotlessly clean, with amazing staff and a very futuristic feel.

The soundproofing is very poor—you can hear everything around you.

Close to departure gates and arrival gates. Perfect after or before a long flight or early travel day

Was a bit different to find. Taxi to drop off didn’t know where it was. You need to be at arrivals to find it. The staff at the airport knew where it was

- nice and helpful staff- great space to store the luggage and pack/unpack- spacious bathrooms- they give you a water bottle and a towel

- not very clean

Location is safe as it's within the airport vicinity. Staff are accommodating and very friendly. Very comfortable especially if your only staying because of a red eye flight.

I can hear a little bit the noise of talking guests outside the capsule. Maybe just remind the guests to be more cautious of the noise.

Convenient, wasnt too difficult to find. Customer service is really good and staff members are friendly.

Bed slightly stained. Ventilation quite minimal but comfortable

Convenient, clean. I’ve stayed in similar in Thailand but this one was better as the toilets/ showers were on site. Staff very helpful. Quiet and relatively easy to find.

Bring power bank or USB phone charger because only USB charger inside.

I wouldn’t know because they refused me to check in despite me telling them about my flight delay? I had to pay extra money for the next available hotel, so distasteful

Nothing , late responses and unlike other hotels they just wouldn’t understand that flights get delayed sometimes ? and I might as for a different check in

The location was perfect in the airport and the staff were very helpful.

In the podcast I was In one of the USB ports did not work and the door got stuck. Lucky I was already out when this happened. The showers did not have a non slip area so you needed to be careful you did not slip and no shelf to put for things on only hooks

Convenient, quick and had everything you needed. Had a water and blanket, didn’t feel stuffy at all. Perfect for a night at the airport.

Sheets were stained but seemed clean, bathroom shower could be cleaner but wasn’t the worst.

Nice space, good location

There was loud construction all night. Also wish people were more respectful and spoke quietly in shared spaces

The cubicle are actually pretty big. Loved the ability to change the lights intensity and tone. High speed internet and great location.

The locker were broken so had to keep all my bags with me inside my cubicle. Glad it was big enough. The door from my cubicle was having trouble working sometimes.
