had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect the room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the service was excellent. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The breakfast was spectacular, with a lot of variety and fresh options. However, I think it would be even better with a bit more international variety

Everything fine, food nive in half board a great option. Just it was a suprise that the swimming pool was closed for use at 8pm

The rooms are big and airy. Big beds, lots of pillows. Air con just about did the job. Plenty of towels. A free use gym,better than most I have stayed at. A spa, not used by me. A good breakfast choice. I will definitely use this hotel again when transitting tbrough Bali. It also has a smallish swimming pool I did not use.

TV's dont have channels, nice wall oarnaments.

Really really enjoyed our stay there. We got an upgraded room which was really appreciated. The room service food was best in all the hotels that we stayed in Bali.

Spotless and spacious room, our private pool was clean, thankfully. Much appreciated prompt and professional room service, especially on the rainy days that kept us indoors. Also many thanks to the gentleman in the batik shirt on reception duty at lunchtime when we checked in on 3 January—we found the beach! ?

My 9-day stay at CrossVibe Hotel was truly exceptional, with outstanding service and hospitality throughout. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the start. Location, huge rooms, cleaning service

The hotel is okay overall, but we had some issues with our 630 room. The shower was leaking, which caused very low water pressure. The pool area is also quite small, with only 4 sunbeds for such a large hotel. The breakfast was okay—nothing special but acceptable.

All staff was so good and ready to help you no matter how many times you ask for

Gym can be better and if they add something for children like a room for children to play and do different activities like blocks , trampoline, table tennis or things alike this will add more attraction and comfortability

The staff are very helpful. There is a spa and the restaurant is decent. Lovely clean and comfortable hotel, rooms come with a smart tv. I stayed in a pool suite for 1 night and it was so nice!

Great location, friendly staff who were very accommodating. Was clean aircon room.

Small lifts and room location, can see some graves. But I guess this is normal for Asia. There was no bathroom essential that we saw(eg. cotton buds, toothbrush) but this did not bother us since we only stayed for a few hours to rest while waiting for late flight.

Facilities are good and the stuff is nice and helpful

I took a suite with a pool and honestly I don’t think it’s worth it. Also tried massage and it was quite regular. There was not much I could eat from their breakfast.

I was very sceptical about this hotel but I am happy that I chose this place as Staff was really helpful..breakfast was really nice, hotel was clean rooms are very airy and bright, toilets are nice and clean which was my main concern,and also close by to the main attractions. Over all I am very happy and enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Good welcome on checking in and quick/efficient.

Double bed was not good enough,2 singles pushed together,2 single duvets,sheets and cover stained.Room is old,tired and smells musty.Walls,tiles broken and damaged,looked and felt dirty.White towels were grey,hard and old.Big gaps under the main door and between patio doors even though both locked.Noise woke me up early.If I was staying more than 1 night I would have checked out.

amazing hospitality, modern look for the place, good pool, decently tasty breakfast, easy parking spot underneath the building.

The staff was super helpful, attentive and kind. Especially the one cleaning staff guy who always cleaned our room.

The location is pretty central but the downside is its located right over a dirty water canal that smells bad when it rains.

The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. Exciting buffet breakfast.

Breakfast alternates menu so we won't get bored. Overall is average for taste. Location is okay, got mart left and right. Daily housekeeping is nice with changing of mineral and helped wash our cups haha.

Water pressure was bad, when everyone is using the bathroom the water pressure is so slow basically to the wall already.
