Mercure Kuta Bali

Location was perfect. right on the beach, close to shops,entertainment.

the hotel is located right in front of the beach and just have to cross the road. there are many attractions nearby and a mall to visit. the breakfast was average but the scenes and views were great.would definitely recommend

the hotel washroom does not have a muslim shower installed

Property is in the hot of City . Just In front of the sea, 5min walk to Mall and many others local shopping . Many restaurants around Highly recommended .

Not value for money. Rooms were too small compared to experience in other hotels across other countries.

•Amazing ocean view from the room — truly beautiful.•Very friendly and welcoming staff.•Great pool on the 4th floor with sunset views and nice drinks.•Convenient location: a few minutes’ walk to the beach and Beachwalk shopping center.•Good TV in the room — nice for relaxing in the evenings.

•The ocean view room comes with a lot of noise from the street: motorbikes, traffic, music. Sleeping quietly is almost impossible without earplugs.•The bed is very hard — not comfortable for me (about 6–7/10).•The hotel is old and needs renovation; you can see it was built in 2001 and hasn’t been significantly updated.

Location is perfect as it is in Kuta Beach, walking distance to everything and directly across the road from Kuta Beach.Hotel has rooftop pool so watching the sunset from there is wonderful. Staff are helpful and kind. A lot of staff are learning so keen to help where they can.

I paid for two balcony rooms and I was given two rooms that weren't balcony rooms. This was fixed very quickly when I realised they weren't balcony rooms. They claimed hotel was full that night, but I had fully paid 4 months earlier. The staff fixed the issue and were were given the rooms I had paid for.

All as described, great brand you can trust (Accor) Pool and spa view is amazing and takes you out of the hustle of Kuta. I was just passing through.

Concierge wasn't at all helpful with on site massage appointments so we walked around the corner and had a great massage for less than half their price

The air con kept leaking down and we had to put towels and a bucket down ! Reception pm stager need to m ow the system better and speak better English . Shower head was calcified and sprayed everywhere.

The hotel is close to the main street and is very noisy and crowded. The traffic is very bad. We had a room with Ocean View, but we can't get sleep ? because of the noise. Worst place from out Bali tour. Never again in Kuta.
