Aloft by Marriott Bali Kuta at Beachwalk

The location at the beachwalk mall and a few steps away from the Kuta BeachThe rooms had ample space for a small familyThe staff was very courteous and welcomingThe lobby had a pool table and a lot of Jenga to play with the kidsThe breakfast was amazing with a lot of options

The food options for room dine-in, too less to pick

Room, cleanliness

Swimming Pool too small

Location, cleanliness & friendly staff

The noise caused by bands or parties took place around the pool, because our rooms overlook the swimming pool

Location was great, easy to get places by foot

The pool was very small with hardly any seats available

The hotel is okiesh, near the beach and in the shopping mall.

1. So poorly thought construction of the hotel. Kind of circular design, and had to comeplte a circle to reach the room from the lift. Keeeeeeep walking 2. Reception is not so welcoming. Just ok enough to check in. Didn't see the warm Indonesian Hospitality.3. The room is not ready even if checked in at 3.30 pm. Didnt take long but usual check in time is 3 pm. Please follow that.4. Room service is poor; I had to wait for 30 minutes even for water.5. Hotel location is near the mall, and rooms are located near the road; so, good luck with the sleep.6. Breakfast is 5/10, with limited options. Again, breakfast staff was not so welcoming.

I have booked for pool view and they gave me the last room in the corner where the pool view is invalid. So basically i pay money for pool view and i got standard one. Its really bothering me. I didn’t want to tell them other wise i would be in serious conflict with them and i might have ruined my trip.

Very helpful and responsive front desk staff. Room is clean and is of good size for couple. Good location with a shopping mall.

Hotel rate is, I think, higher than I would have expected given its room size. But this is personal views.

Amazing location, very convenient to shopping and the beach. Very clean and modern, great for solo travellers!

I would have given an excellent rating which is deserved had it nit been for the noise coming from celebrations in the mall. A suggestion would be to have better sound isolation. That said the reaction of the ten was excellent and they proved to be extremely helpful whenever we needed something.

Noise from the mall. Nothing to do with the hotel and uncontrollable

The room, the bed, the shower, the amenities, and the location

The access to the Beachwalk before 10 to get a good coffee is none. We had to walk all the way to the front

The location is great above beachwalk mall Kuta , the staff are very friendly especially in restaurant (Deni) and housekeeping (Nova, Wadi). the design of the room is beautiful. The front desk accomodate my need to early check in and they accomodate my request to double vacuum my room carpet due to my dust allergic.

From 4 days of my breakfast all were wonderful except on my last dat , because I wanted to have half done sunny side egg, please ensure the egss are in good quality.

Adjacent to Beachwalk mall so ideal for shopping and eating. %Arabica for your daily caffeine fix. It's very busy though. Staff are top-notch. A shout-out to Guna. Easy to get Gojek if needing transport.

Location wasn't the best as Kuta beach is filthy. Couldn't use the pool either due to noisy kids. The streets are busy and sidewalks dirty and uneven. Music every night from the Mall was disturbing. Didn't fall asleep until after they were done usually by 10pm.

Great location and nice, clean rooms. The property is fairly new and being attached to the shopping centre is great. The beds were very comfortable.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The room and stay were comfortable and the best part was the location - right above the BEACHWALK. Although, we would’ve preferred a room with a better view within the property. Another downside was that there were no free cancellation options and this was sad because we found much cheaper rates for the same room at Aloft at a different website but we couldn’t do anything about that. So my advice would be to check all platforms before booking the room.

Very good

The wifi is too slow and stuck. I reminded you many times but it didn't improve.

Amazing breakfast, nice gym 24/7, location super!

I wish I stayed longer

Location and pleasant staff

Pool area a bit small not enough beds

Clean and comfy bedroom. Very friendly staff. Just so great!

Breakfast. Good but not exceptional.

The staff are so amazing, they are very accomodating esp' the duty manager Sadu. The room is very clean, the location is great just above the mall and beach front.

Clean, tidy, modern and plenty of character. Staff friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond, especially to set up our room for a honeymoon welcome, it was very cute. Breakfast looked incredible, although we decided to go into the mall and get food from there. Which made it an awesome location having so much there. 100% coming back to this place
