Always get a room with a balcony. Room is clean. The bed is large and extremely comfortable.

The small fridge is barely cool. Bath towels are thin and a little grey. Real coffee, rather than freeze-dried. A lounge area with comfortable seating, so one could enjoy an afternoon drink in a more social environment.

Everything was spotless.The room the bed the shower pressure... literally everything.Breakfast was super yummy.In fact I'm booking already another day there.Amazing location next to Galeria mall and 5 minutes to Kuta by grab car.I live in Lovina north Bali so...from now on every time I travel down south this is my place to stay.

We only booked the room for a few hours stay before our departure flight. Walking distance to the mall so that was good.

This is no where near a 4 stars hotel. At most 3 stars. Room was dirty. Towels were stain and grey yellowish (gross!). Bed had a damp smell. Mold in bathroom.

Good location, near to the mall and easy access walking

Property is okey, good but only just want to speak about the air conditioning in the room, even it set high or lowest degree but it’s takes too long to cold the room. Just that, other was happy for me and maybe added few variations of breakfast too

Solo trip , stayed here before & after my flight . I thought some of the nicest & most helpful employees I have come across in Bali. I didn't have breakfast however did have room service 3 nights & the food was absolutely brilliant, both indo & western.. Close to a great shopping centre for all needs & a mini market on site. Will definitely be back again . ?.

The tap water little bit salty

The quick responses of staff. Starting from the time we've been picked up from the airport. He is very patient to wait and walk with us. The small kiosk helps us buy easy snacks and last-minute-needed things: wet tissues, Panadol, etc. Good breakfast with attentive staff with sharp eyes that are quick to respond: clean up tables, fill up the almost empty bowl.

There is no rug/special towel on the floor in the bathroom.

IT was nice that it had hot shower.We could check in late at night which was positive and we are very thankful for that.

The room was full of black mold on the walls. The bathroom was not really clean, neither the room floors. Couldnt take off my shoes as it felt ugly.The room service was ok, however I tipped them almost daily for cleaning more properly, which left me the room cleaned ok.Pool was over chlorinated and the loud, continuous loop of the same christmas song day and night over and over at the pool and the whole building area was extremely annoying. People also were shouting and yelling and drinking at the pool. My children and me are quiet and calm and we were really annoyed by the other yelling children and people. I didn't want to complain, as the check in at night went very smoothly and because of that I even did not want to mention the dirty bed sheets full of stains and even ants, the smell was not good as well because of the mold and I was scared of my children's and my own health, but at the end of my stay it definetely made me change my mind about writing a good review. The end of our stay was the tip of the iceberg, as the staff demanded me to pay them for cleaning our towels as they found stains. This happened in the lobby in front of everyone which was highly embarrassing and a NO GO to me and my children, as I have even tipped the room service daily a high amount before, and when I mentioned those tips they went down the price, but even though they made me pay double the price of a 20kg laundry service for one stain on the towel, which was ridiculous as the towels and sheets were dirty in the first place, anyway. Really disgusting experience and very greedy staff.

The staff were lovely. Room service menu was good and very reasonably priced. Hotel has very good access to the galleria mall via the stairs by the pool.

My first room was very mouldy, I couldn't stay in it. I let reception know and they moved my room, no issues at all. The fitness centre had very old and clunky machines. Cables were frayed on the weights centre.

The spacious and clean room with connecting door 613 - 612 , the balcony with view road and lake, good air conditioning n bathroom. Appreciate the housekeeper was doing good and honest.

1. The front desk clerk didn't explain clearly that the room card he gave only 1 , since one of us need to go down stairs, the electric on room must be turn off. When I ask for 2nd card, he told that need deposit. WHY he doesn't brief us from the beginning?? We booked 2 rooms for 4 people, only got 1 card per room. Ridiculous. 2. The towels need to be replaced whilst not appropriate for the standard hotel. 3. There is no Porter guy when check in with many luggages. Even after check out and went out hotel, we need to open the door by ourselves, speechless. I ever stayed at HARRIS Hotel JKT and SBY, though this Harris Bali was very out of standard.

The location is near the airport and mall

the cleanliness is bad. When we entered the room is all dusty and the bathroom is slippery. the smell of the room is bad, it is not comfortable at all.

The reception are not friendly and seems doesn't care of guests. We asked for late checkout for 30mnts but he is not allowed us to extend.

Walking distance to Kuta Galeria Mall. It is good for 1 night stay.

All furniture in the room are dirty. Bed sheet, table, chair, cushion sofa.
