Staff service is very good, very polite and nice staffLocation is plus plus point for the hotel, it is adjecent to mall as well as Kuta beach.

In photos it show very big hotel with swimming pool, however it is a shopping mall adjacent to it. hotel is very small with small garden. People may get confuse by photos, which makes them disappoint when they reach to property.

Great location. Situated right in the mall, with loads of food and shopping options. It's also right across the street from the beach. Despite all this, it's actually surprisingly quiet in our room. There's also water filling stations in the hallway, so no need to buy bottle water all the time. There's a parking garage in the basement for rental scooters, very nice. Staff were great, too.

The room is pretty small. It is still situated inside a mall, so no romantic view or character. It feels more like Hawaii than Indonesia.

The staff is very friendly and smiley, the room was good with a nice vibe and they cleaned it every day.Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety of food types.Internet connection is very fast.

There are some ants in the room and there are no good noise cancellations between rooms ( we can hear the TV of our neighbors).

Location matters specially when you are travelling to spend vacations. Kuta beach hotel is one of the best location on the beach with excess to Super mall.

The breakfast was good but we Pakistani need some spices with garlic and ginger to smell good.

Location, everyone was professional. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well designed. The yellow color makes it beautiful with the paints.

Breakfast and location was good

hotel was dirty and smell was bad on the hallway. The beach was in front of the hotel area very very dirty. If anybody want to go see Bali beach don’t come kuta beach.

Hotel checking and staff were easy to work with. They have a water filling station on each floor so very convenient. Rooms are big small but have all the amenities and are clean and bright. Breakfast was decent, standard spread of items continental as well as some international cuisine. Coffee and eggs made to order. Location is in the mall, so convenient to get other restaurants in and around the mall.Kuta in general is very crowded and the beach full of vendors, so not very peaceful walking along the beach.

The location is great, especially being next to the mall, with great facilities and dining options within walking distance

The area around the room was very noisy, as we were on the ground floor, no soundproofing at all and it was not the easiest check-in, but the staff were friendly

We loved the location, it was across from the beach and part of the mall. The room was nice and it was quiet. We also did laundry service and it was quick and affordable. We also used the transport service for our very early flight to the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout the property.The location couldn't have been better — just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.Overall, this hotel offers great value with its cleanliness, modern amenities, and unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really, everything was good

I stayed at this hotel for a few hours for a late flight back home . The only I’m sorry about is that I didn’t stay longer the location like part of a mall across from the beach last of stores things to do The rooms were wonderful had everything I would definitely make this my first stop ! Staff was great !

Breakfast varied day to day. Staff always asked if there anything else that was wanted. Staff always called me by name but maybe cause my stay was for 30 nights. Beach review has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel.
