Euphoria Hotel

Air-conditioning so good we were actually freezing. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Great wifi.

Stuff falling off the walls in the bathroom. Can hear everything in the hallway and next room. Light switches were confusing. View from our room was a concrete wall.

The room is super comfortable and large and meets all the specifications. The hotel is located in an strategic and accessible area.

The internet is sometimes lost, it would be important to do some checks

Strategic location

Ugly room, ugly mate floor, ugly towel, all of these are not decent anymore., u shouldnt use it anymore for a hotel., beside the bed smell like someone was pee there.,Light is too dark,, unfortunetely i didnt get to take the photos but if u visit u'll see urself

Best value hotel with good buffee breakfast. Different main dishes every day with papaya, water melon and pudding. Good size room with king size comfi bed for a couple with working air cond.(Cold). 2 bottles water everyday and polite staffs.

Complete yr amenities with refillable shower gel/ shampoo, hair dryer, hand towel and extra toilet paper.to make it a 4 star hotel.

Great indoor room lighting, perfect fast WiFi, comfy bed, great location to everywhere, nice affordable price compare to other hotels surrounding area, they give a late check out

The Front Office staff was a joke, ive been here twice, and almost all the time they are not standing by in there, the security guy just say hi and please wait and go, and its been twice, so something is wrong there.

As soon as we entered the room there was a huge cockroach and we immediately informed staff about that. They cleaned it but the room still had small ants and weird insects we couldn’t feel comfortable. The walls were so thin that if someone talk outside we heard it inside the room. The people staying in the hotel made so much noise at night that we couldn’t get a proper sleep. The only nice thing about the hotel was the smiling lovely staff apart from that we didn’t like it.

Disappointing

Overall the hotel has very poor lighting, there were a couple of dim bulbs in the room, the bathroom was even worse.

Only needed a bed while waiting for late flight home. Was close to the dentist I had booked into. Away from main street of Kuta/Legian so a little more peaceful walking around.

Pool was under cover and uninviting.

It's a budget hotel and rooms were clean enough. Staff is good.

Location is not that good and room could have been more clean specially the bed rest side.

Floor cleanless is very poor, floor feels sticky, no compliment coffee and tea. pillowcases and bed covers are dirty like they haven't been washed, the air conditioner is not cold at all.

The service was not good. The blanked was so old and damage.

Not much was not advised of no hot water checked straight out . No refund. Curtains were all torn an ripped in room

They provide great TV channels and the wifi was good enough.

The room is a bit dull and dusty. Did not know if it because of short staff. The bed linen need to be refresh.
