She generally made me feel unwelcome at Pop. I'm a westerner so maybe she doesn't like western men? She needs to behave more professional and treat guests equally.
- The exhaust fan didn't work in the shower/toilet.

In general in comparison to the price it was good value for money however the rooms could do with a bit of a face lift and was not fan of the bathroom pods. The vibe around the place is pretty quite and the pool area isn't very appealing to use, also breakfast is not great but good cafes pretty close by.

Staff were cold. I got charged by booking dot com then the hotel charged me also. Nothing about this made clear when booking. Room was run down and lots of noise. Will never stay there again

Car access to the property was tricky. You need to drive through small alleys. The sink drains slowly so we had to be careful to not overflow. The toilet was unclean.

The place was close to everything - beach, small shops, spa and warungs. I was traveling with mostly seniors and we had a good walk especially during sunset where we just chilled by the beach.

Lady at the canteen tried to rip me off. Not the main cook, her helper. Gave wrong change and when I told her she acted like she didn't understand me until my partner said something then she gave my money back.Rooms are small and shower theres no hot water.
