Yulia Beach Inn Kuta

Clean and central location. Great air conditioning. Popular restaurant on street frontage.

Had cold showers, but not warm. Do not expect that they will change money from a visa or MasterCard, only cash. How inconvenient.

Attentive staff, spacious room, convenient restaurant, good food options (just like in pictures), close to lots of businesses, stores, restaurants, bars (e.g. Sky Garden, Avera, Engineer Room, and a lot more), beach (Pantai Kuta), malls (e.g. Beachwalk and more), activities (e.g. Waterbom, surfing). Good (promotional) price (±74% off due to low season but still lots of tourism). Very easy for Grab + Gojek to pick-up / drop-off.

Main road is busy—as expected from a touristic location—so you’ll need to wait several minutes to exit out of Kuta to other locations, and to come back at night, so hope that your driver is patient because your Grab/Gojek will be idle multiple times while moving around this area.

Nothing. Was a great experience overall. The beach nearby was super crowded though, dirty and not a pretty sight at all.

Breakfast good taste. Friendly staffs. So close to Kuta beach and the airport. Near the gift shop, restaurants. Very big room and quiet even at the busy area. Value choice and I will definitely choose here next time in Bali.

The restaurant is amazing, best coffee you will find in Bali. Location is great very close to beach and shop's yet it has a quiet calm feel once you enter the property. Staff are amazing. Its a bargain for the price.

Everything, location, accessibility to tours, and staff are very nice, friendly and helpful

Breakfast was extremely tasty and flavourful. I recommend the sourdough bread, scrambled eggs with tomatoes and mushrooms.

we just used it for a stay before our night flight. would say: solid stay in Kuta, good location near the beach. though he facility has had it's best years. nice staff, nothing to complain.

nothing to complain but imho overpriced, you get better accommodations for this.

WiFi was terrible, when asked if they could reset or ask their staff to stop hogging the band with they shrugged.

Our room was serviced each day, everything we asked for was no issue

Poor TV reception

Another great stop over at this great little hotel. Great value for money right in the heart of kuta, easy walk to restaurants and great shopping. Staff here are fantastic and friendly we have stayed here multiple times in last 13 years and it has consistently stayed the same. Look forward to staying next time highly recommend.

Excellent position in Kuta, close to the beach and shops. Very helpful staff. Value for money. Loved the gardens and the pool. Cafe staff were very good too.

Shower water flow, the smell of shower can be improve. The staff always is very helpful and kind.

Hello,We stayed at Yulia Beach Inn Hotel in February 2025 with 10 rooms with 18 people, and we stayed again this week of March with 11 rooms with 18 people.I can write the reasons in below, why we have chosen this hotel for two years.1. In the region most preferred by tourists,2. Service approach in the quality of a four-star hotel,3. Cleanliness and having all kinds of comfort.4. Laundry and ironing service,5. Infinite variety for breakfast,6. Variety and cheap prices of food and drinks sold in the hotel bar.7. Helpfulness and smiling faces of all staff, especially Şirin, Dia, Wayan and Sanie8. In the center of Fish, fruit and vegetable market, pharmacy, currency exchange, massage saloon, restaurants and shopping mall,9. Kuta beach and Veachwalk Shopping Center is ten minutes walking distance...What else could you ask for?These are the common thoughts of every guest in our group.Thank you Mr. Jimmy..

The hotel is great value for money. located just a 5-minute walk to the beach.Heaps of restaurants close by and the hotel restaurant is very good too.Heaps of convenience stores close by.Pool was great and the gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful and lush.Cheap hotel that's been there forever but really quiet and great value with friendly staff.

I like the size of the rooms the staff are awesome always very helpful.pool is great.rooms are very clean.location is great very close to the beach.

My son and I loved staying here. Everything was perfect. Tranquil and peaceful, the location, it was clean, the staff were lovely, approachable and helpful in every way. I recommend Yulia s kitchen (their restaurant) for any meal, great service, value for money, and delicious. I highly recommend Yulia Beach Inn, we'll be booking here again next year.

Beds could have been softer. Shower screen needs the water scale removed with a stronger cleaning product. Apart from tjat we had a lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
