Good location opp Discovery Mall, restaurants close by, trustworthy money exchange close by.

I told the front desk when I checked in, that I had a flight the next day and for some unknown reason she changed my room from the second floor I was reserved for and put me on the first floor in a area that they had planned overnight construction! To my surprise, I was awoken to loud. bangings and the sound of the construction going on. I had to get out of the bed and go to the front desk and demand to be moved to a different room ASAP!Which I did appreciate that they were able to and did accommodate me!

Bar closes early at 6pm. Should be open until at least 10pm. The sink was a bit rusty and hard to drain the water

In person the rooms look much older and more dated. Could have felt a bit cleaner.

We booked our stay through Booking.com, with payment to be made directly at the hotel — which was perfectly fine with me. I tapped my American Express card, and the payment was approved. However, the receptionist then informed me that using Amex would incur an additional 3.5% fee.While the reception area displayed the American Express logo, there was no sign or notice mentioning this surcharge. The receptionist cancelled my payment, but the charge had already gone through, and Amex applied its own 2.5% fee. As a result, I did not receive the full refund amount.Additionally, we were only given one room key. When my husband requested an extra key — as most hotels usually provide two — we were told that an additional key would cost 100,000.Overall, this experience was quite disappointing and did not meet the standards we expected.

Location is perfect, tucked away nicely from the main street. The welcome was beautiful from the staff, the room was really nice and bright and the biggest bed I've ever seen with awesomely comfy pillows. Spotlessly clean and fresh.

I only stayed one night as arrived late and left midday the next day, but from what I could see everything about Adhi Jaya was pretty lovely.

Last year we travelled around and stayed in a number of locations in Bali including Kuta, Nusa Lembongan and Sanur. This year we returned to Kuta as it was the place that suited our family the most. We chose to stay in the same accommodation - Adhi Jaya and we even requested the same rooms, which they happily accommodated us. For us, Adhi Jaya hotel is the perfect combination of local, Balinese style and flavour, with suitably equipped rooms set in beautifully maintained, quiet gardens, close enough to the action but perfect for a quiet nights sleep. There is a fair sized pool, comfortable sun loungers and ample supply of fresh towels. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We selected breakfast included and were not disappointed with the extensive range and freshness of food and drink available. We have already booked to return next year!

The shower heads are quite low - I am 5ft 7 and I reckon they were at 5ft 5 in height. They were adjustable so you could unhook them and hold them in your hands higher above your head, otherwise you had to duck a bit to use them in the fixed position. Not a game changer as we are returning next year and they could be different in other rooms but might be worth checking if it's something important to you.

Central location - just opposite discovery mall and near to airport. Beach is also nearby. Rooms are small - balinese style hotel. They do not have elevators, ask for a room on the ground floor.

Great value, great location. Right across from Discovery Mall and next to Waterbom, and they even had a promo for discounted Waterbom tickets. Clean, comfortable, and great staff.

A little bit on the older side, but was in no way detrimental to the stay. If you rather not climb stairs, ask for a room on the ground floor, as there are no elevators.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing - they were very accommodating and kind. Me and my family really enjoyed the stay here, the food was great with a big variety of dishes. The cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10 and our room was spotless every time after housekeeping came to fix up the room. The atmosphere of the hotel is very peaceful, the pool area also has a bar with a great selection of drinks. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Nice rooms, good beds, central location.

Nothing except food was decent

The staff was rude the room and property location is just bad very bad and the swimming pool was also dirty

the location is good, next to Aquapark Waterbom (120-140m) and Discovery Mall (in the other side of the street)there are many restaurants nearby, very convenientthe waves were big, we could play jumping over the waves

there is no lift/elevatorthe beach is a bit far (need to go to the other side of the street then walk 300-500m) and there were trashes like plastic bottles and big gravels and stones that hurt your feet
