Bit far from the shops

The place is nice but lack of.maintenance.. the hotel mention about Spa. But the spa does not working at all. The only one they have is pijat. Wedani is super nice and super good massager. She should get raise salary for her excellent job. I recommend her to any guess who wanna try bali massage in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very far from everything and the entrance street is dark. No light at all. It is not safe to walk around. You need transportation to go to Kuta, segara.

We purely stayed at this hotel as it was supposedly very close to airport and only needed to waste about 8 hours after our resort check out and our late flight back to Sydney. The photos on Booking.com are totally wrong. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I was mislead by what I saw & feel I need to say something.

The hotel at first glance looks like it’s not even functioning as a hotel. The pool had tiles on the floor that were broken and just sitting on the floor. The pool ladder steps were all wobbly. The fountain was all crumbled looked like a ruin & doesn’t look like it’s worked in years. There is NO free shuttle to the airport and hasn’t been since covid so I was told so then I had to get my driver back to take us to airport later that night. The air con struggled to work. The shower nozzle barely sprayed in 1 shower. The other toilet didn’t flush and found the water to toilet was turned off when turned back on it started to leak I guess that’s why it was off. For the price I paid $185 for a 2 room 1 night stay 8 hours) was definitely not worth it. I travel quite a lot and I read reviews prior to booking but I didn’t read any about this hotel. I’m yet to I don’t have any photos to add as I felt that there was nothing to take photos of

The room I booked was almost perfect. The place was a bit old and I can see the passage of time both in and out.

Their wifi has a small radius coverage and unfortunately resulted to deadspots. And their outlets may be different so make to bring an adapter since the hotel staff have barely enough spares of adapter for charging. Also please ask for another set of toiletries if the one they placed in the room doesn't smell freshly washed but seems to be taken from an old storage.

Close to the Airport - not close enough to walk but a cheap grab to Airport. Cheap for a transit room before going away.

No hot water at all, not worth it if you need a shower before flying. The room smelled like bad air conditioning and mould. Bedding and towels are stained. Not close to any decent food places.

Location is really good if you want to stay close to the airport. Last minute booked and it was worth it.

Facilities are a little bit old, sheets and towels, despite being clean, are full of stains which does not make it completely comfortable.

It was really close to the airport, so to chill there for a few hours was fine

It was really dirty, the building was very old too. It just needs to be completely renovated to be honest! I wouldn’t sleep here.

I couldn’t have proper shower because it doesn’t work, bathroom was very dirty , toilet is also, room was crap ,not good paint and looks room very old and dirty . Property photo is not match with the real one, big disappointment

pools get too hot . They need a sun shade over the pools. Water like a hot bath.

8 hour booking for airport transit, 5 minutes or so to airport so good for convenience.

Rather run down, not the cleanest of places but fair value for money.

Breakfast was Oky. I just like that is near by the airport.

The room is not clean properly. I told the staff to change my room and they helped me but others rooms also very dirty. Specially bathrooms are dirty, too smelly. And in side room dont have too much facilities

The only positive was that this accommodation was located very close to the airport for our midnight departure.

The property is VERY dated completely run down. Ripped curtains, stained sheets, paint peeling everywhere, mould & soiled bathroom, nearly no water pressure in shower. Unidentified liquid on bed head … the list goes on.

It’s good for a transit stay so you can lock your luggage and explore Kuta

I would not stay here for a night or longer than just a day as it’s worn down, not super clean but it’s also cheap so I didn’t expect anything besides what I experienced

Not as advertised. Photos on the website not what was described. It was a ghost hotel.

The staff where nice and helpful.Wifi was good and reliable. Nice and close to the airport.

Checked in for a transit stay after a day touring before an overnight flight.Really just wanted a shower and somewhere to rest for a couple of hours before checkin.Shower went every way except down, and then backed up and flooded the bathroom. Uncomfortable bed with a musky smell. We left early and sat in the airport.

Very kind hotel staff, spacious & clean rooms, breakfast box was delivered to us before our early morning flight, nice swimming pools and garden/patio, internet was working well.

we liked the hotel but there were some negative details: the bathroom next to the lobby had a broken sink and looked dirty, the tv seemed to only have Indonesian channels, and one of our rooms had hardly any water pressure in the shower.

It was my second stay there and the staff are wonderful and continue to go out of their way to assist guests. The hotel organizes airport pick-ups and drop-offs 24/7 for a small fee. They can also help organize a massage in the room (the hotel spa continues closed but they have an external provider on call). The bed was comfortable, AC working very well.
