City Garden Bali Dwipa Hotel, Kuta

Place is a great value for the money! Room was spacious, clean, quite new, good ac, not humid. I also stayed at the Seahouse nearby that is rated much higher and costs ca 1,5 times more, and my experience at Dwipa was so much more comfortable! Great pick for a short central stay

Noise isolation is very weak, so I have woken up a couple times during the night because of people being loud nearby. Hence 9/10

The rooms were very big and spacious, the staff was nice and the bed was comfortable! i loved the location of the property, you can leave the room and take a few minute walk to all of the main places in Kuta. Value for money overall was incredible in my opinion

The rooms aren't modren looking but besides that, everything about the room was good

Staff is cool

They gave us a room right next to entry and it was horrible, you could hear the dogs barks and the bikes. It was like sleeping in the street.

4 nights in September.Everything was absolutely perfect.I stayed 2 nights on arrival for transit and 2 nights before departure, as we're relatively close to the airport (about 30 minutes) and Kuta is truly atypical.A real haven of peace in the heart of the city, with a pretty courtyard, the room was comfortable with flat screen TV and air conditioning. The welcome is so friendly and smiling, you don't miss a thing.You're literally a 1-minute walk from all the shops, restaurants and tattoo parlors, 5 minutes from the large Beachwalk shopping mall and 10 minutes from the beach - check out Cookie's bar, which was my favorite.A few meters away there's a lovely massage center, Lucky Bali spa 7, which closes at 11pm, and a restaurant/hotel, Seahouse Bali indah beach inn, open from 7am for breakfast. I went back several times and loved the welcome, the professionalism and above all their kindness.Thank you so much for having me here.I'll be back with pleasure!Terima kasih :)

Nice place and staff, bedroom with good space, also mini fridge.

The bathroom has a bad smell, you have to keep the door closed or the whole room smells like plumbing.

The room was cleaned, and all bed equipments were fresh and hygienic. Staff were very polite and helpful. Love it, highly recommend

Staff are nice and location is good, close to the beach. Hot water for shower. There is a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee

The room is very run down. There was a strong smell of mould the minute we walked in the door of the room. Difficult to sleep due to the strong smell in the room. Thin walls / doors can hear people walking past the room and talking in other rooms.

It was dirty, sheets not clean. No fridge. I woke up to no power and the water in the shower was cold. Won't stay again.

Good location, only a short walk to the beach. Lots of food and shops nearby. Room was a good size with air conditioning. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Linen was old with a few stains, and the mattress was also showing its age and becoming lumpy. A bit overpriced for what it is.

The staff was super nice about everything. I arrived late in a drizzle and I was not in the best mood. But the receptionist was super nice and tried to help. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The location is in the middle of everything which was convenient to get to the airport or the mall.

The room was not as clean as I had hoped. Though being comfortable, there was a mildew smell in bed. And the bathroom floor was a bit sticky.

Location is wonderful. 5 minute to the center by walking. Rooms are clean and comfortable

Great location, near to beach, markets, atm, cafes etc, but still quiet. Room was clean, staff is helpful, especially Arif, recommended us a lot of interesting places. WI Fi worked well
