Kuta Beach Hotel

I liked the location and price, close to main area and beact. This is not 4 star. A 2.5 start aloft was far nicer than this hotel. Not sure how these ratings are calculated??

I travel quite a bit and this was one of the worst hotel for its 4 star rating. It's a 2 star. We were so disappointed that we checked out earlier and booked a nicer hotel a block away. Pictures are misleading and heavily photoshopped. Run Down:(

Location,

The hotel provides only one room key, which is inconvenient, especially for more than one guest.•The bathroom is quite small and feels cramped.

The staffs were very friendly. The place is close to the beach and pretty much walking distance to food and shopping.

Breakfast was the best, , many variance, and change day to day. Traditional Jamu available for morning body detox?

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and sky bar, and the views from the rooftop were breathtaking. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it .

Ver small toilet and washroom and it’s fully glassed so recommend only solo traveler and couples

Not on the main drag, just off of it. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

Place, stuff, price, room was changed at next day into much better room as upgrade.

We got wierd room at basement without classic windows

The stuff very friendly also the hotel location beautiful near shops and 150 m from the beach ,and I want add comments about Christian the manager he very kind he upgraded the room to suit to much Onther price thank you so much from Australia

Nothing special. . Good location, nice staff. We have stayed for a night.

The air filter didn't not clean. There is a industrial air-conditioning system at the hotel so the air filter should clean because we were ill because of this.

I liked that it was located at Kuta Beach Walk – a great spot, very convenient.

What I didn’t like is that the photos make the rooms look large and neat, but in reality they were quite small (around 25 m²), with a tiny bathroom. The mattress was too hard, the air conditioning never really got cold, and we had to check out exactly at 12:00. They kept calling and asking if we were ready to leave, which felt a bit pushy.

Room was very clean, location is close to the Kuta Beach, everybody were helpful

a gym without dumbbells and free weights, breakfasts are the same every day, children were making loud noises in common areas

I like its location, staffs hospitality and the terrace.

The room was small and there wasn’t enough space to put our belongings. The bath towels smell bad. The toilet is in the room divided with a glass, so you don’t feel privacy while using toilet. We used the toilet before we leave the room to prevent the smell. It’s a beach hotel but there is no hanger to dry your bikini or towel. There wasn’t enough cheese at breakfast, only some grated cheese. And there are a lot of Turkish people having holiday in Bali , yet there was no Türkiye’s flag at the lobby while there were flags from lots of other countries.

Rusty, noisy, no vibe

the hotel does offer a kitchen and a restaurant with decent food at fair prices.

I booked this hotel last-minute after my flight was cancelled at midnight. I arrived early in the morning and requested early check-in, but was denied, even though I later found out from staff that rooms were available. The same happened with late check-out, despite my next flight being at midnight. Strangely, I was able to extend my stay for another night on short notice, which shows they weren’t fully booked — contradicting their claims.I also requested a refund or fee waiver due to my rescheduled flight and provided proof, but they never responded. The above shows that the Directory and/or the Staff at the front desk were unhelpful and dismissive throughoutThe room had no exterior window — only one facing the hotel’s inner hallway — and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell likely due to poor ventilation

The Location was perfect. Everything of Kuta area i nearby, just walking distance.

The shower is the worse, water dont come through properly. Taking a shower was a nightmare and also some bad smell was coming through

Location is great, very near the beach at reasonable rates.

Friendly staff.

A bit run down. Balcony was small, cement, view of another building. Gym had a couple of cardio machines, very tiny, not a gym at all! Had booked as it has a gym, paid A$10 a day to use a real gym near by.

Really close to the airport, big and nice. The matress i got could be better but good enough for one night before flying

This it s not about the place but about the telkomsel store next to it, dont use it, really got scammed in there
