As many others have said, breakfast, staff, pool area and location were all excellent. No safe in room but security boxes available at reception and can be accessed 24/7. Rooms, whilst comfortable enough, were run down and quite old. Cleaning and restocking of the tea and coffee was lax. Grounds were well kept and the location is brilliant. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. And I was very satisfied with our stay at the Jayakarta.

Rooms desperately need upgrading.

Great stay, the pools are great, swim up bar and the daily breakfast was sensational, so much to choose from! The staff were accommodating, they moved us to new rooms when we asked and they organise transport. The location is across from the beach and local beach bars, and on the other side there are local shops, restaurants and bars, and only a short walk both north and south to plenty of shopping.

The rooms are older but functional. If the air doesn't work let them know and they will come and sort your unit out quickly. The shower was really hot, it didn't turn to cold which was far from ideal. If I stayed again I would request rooms closer to the pool.

The staffs are all helpful and very attentive to our needs. Hotel is also near the beach so you can easily explore the Legian up to Seminyak beach.

My recent stay at the Jayakarta Hotel fell short of expectations for several reasons. Primarily, I was downgraded from a booked Apartment Suite to a standard Deluxe room without a clear explanation; I would have appreciated a transparent discussion regarding the differences between these units before being moved. Additionally, the room felt dated, and the shower temperature was incredibly difficult to regulate. Finally, the breakfast buffet offered a very limited selection that did not justify the 250K IDR price point, especially considering the superior dining alternatives available nearby.

The rooms are getting a bit tired and need an upgrade, the bed needs replacing, Music from the pool area was too loud.

Lovely old style Bali accommodation with gardens and space. Rooms are good size with comfy beds. Three pools gives you the option to get away from the noisy drunk Aussies.

Not much :) could have used some more vegan-friendly food options at breakfast but otherwise our group was very happy here.

Great hotel, well located, outstanding service.This place has everything you need for a beach vacation in Bali and if you like shopping you have many stores around.When I road the reviews I saw people complaining about rooms being not up to date. It is a little bit old but they keep it nice, and the price you are paying is very cheap for what they offer.

Having the separate quiet pool away from the other two pools was nice. The staff were always friendly. Location was great, and the size of the pools/grounds were great as it didn't feel crowded.

Buffet dinners were too repetitive. Rather than a stool in the room, an extra chair would have been nice. The rooms need updating.

The facility was easy to get around, in a great location.. The pools were fantastic as were the staff, nothing was too much for them and they cared about you... The restaurant prices are really good, if your looking for perfection this isn't the place, but if you want family friendly great value then stay here

Look it's an older resort so the rooms are a little tired but they are clean and the resort is well priced

It’s a terrible place to stay. Overpriced. Air-con did not work. Asked for help. No help was provided after 10 attempts. Never stay again. Lombok one is 10 times better.

Awful. Don’t ask. It will make me upset more.

Breakfast average. Shower over bath terrible dangerous. Need to be seperate shower not over bathtub. Room to dark. Area around swimm pool very good. Have been twice here, unfortunately will not stay here again,will pay extra to stay at other resorts.
