Nothing at all

Full resort with plenty of facilities and many choices. Enjoyed the spa and pool and photoshoot. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room had a weird smell when we first entered, and the furniture is dated. Resort is near the beach but the beach is undergoing reconstruction, so we have to walk more than 500m north in order to surf. Walking outside the resort, there are limited food options and 2 sterile malls that are nearby. Received a scam message about my reservation prior to arriving the day before, so the booking process is not secure.

i loved that it was family friendly. the staff were amazing. my favourite thing was being able to order food to pool side while supervising the kids.

Pool Tymings are very bad. Should open till 9 pm as we cant swim in direct sun to avoid sun tan and Bathrooms needs to be upgraded

I called for someone to help us with our luggage 30 mins before our driver was coming to take us to the airport. Waited around. No one showed. Traveling with my mum and toddler.. I ended up taking all the luggage myself to the driver.

Comfy beds, nice staff except the night shift staff.

Long waiting for room service. We asked for a vomit bag for my kid who became sick over night with bali belly, and we’ve been told they don’t have vomit bag.

Clean rooms, great for kids, plenty to do at the resort, excellant buffet breakfast and great location.

Rooms clean, lovely staff, great for kids and families who do not want to leave the resort.

All floors extremely slippery, breakfast very cramped. Facilities are not what you see on booking.com or google, Dynasty is much smaller and not as much to do for adults. But great for small children.

Needed to move rooms due to being on a floor not accessible for strollers. Staff were not immediately accommodating of this. Room was expensive for our one night stay.

The Bali Dynasty Resort is in an excellent location, close to everything. The resort is very clean and comfortable. The staff are all so beautiful and friendly. Great communication - they found my lost necklace and kept it safe for a week before I could return and collect it. The facilities and activities are excellent, especially for children. We loved our stay at the Dynasty and would definitely return. Thank you ?

Kid friendly, friendly staff

Great location. Away from the busy streets, back quiet walkway on the water to restaurants, walking distance to waterbom.Family room backed right onto the pool area.Lots of activities for kids in the resort. Staff were all very friendly.

Staff. Very friendly everybody. Activities by the pool for kids. Food was nice. Close to everything.

They charge for everything. Late check-out (after staying 8 nights with them in a Lagoon Access room..) 2.000.000 rupiahs, just for the late check-out. DON'T RECOMMEND THE LAGOON ACCESS ROOM. It's double price and not worth it. Better regular room and enjoy the normal pools.
