Welcome drink took long time to serve. We didn't have it. Don't feel welcome as we check in slightly late.we book 2 rooms as a family N yet we are separated far from one another. One room 631 was gd but 645 wasn't.

Will never stay again

Moved room 3 times because of bad sewerage smell, breakfast included in booking but hotel refused, pool man saved pool lounges for house guests he befriended, bad location, needs renovating properly, only offered tea and cake one day for these complaints

Our flight was 4:00pm we asking for the later check out was rejected by the counter member seem a little inhumanity.

Old Bali feel, lush gardens

The location is very good,easy to find and near the beach,near to everything we need.Breakfast was good and yummy and the staff are so nice and friendly.

I have 2 kids 4 yo and 9 yo and the staff showed me the kids club but was empty nothing to play just empty tables and some books. Maybe in the future the hotel can put more toys,games and other attractions for the little one.

Pool &Gym were nice.

It’s too noisy for rooms with outside road view. The restaurant is too noisy with loud music and the guests at night.

Staffs, foods, atmosphere were nice. But the room we stayed in was at old building. So facilities seemed not new the curtain rail was broken. There was also a peculiar smell. I think they could lower the price a bit for these rooms. But it has good atmosphere, so if you want to stay comfortable, it might be better to choose a more expensive room to avoid the room in the old building.

My family loved our stay at The Ramayana. If felt like a peaceful oasis when we stepped inside off the busy street. The staff were all so wlecoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the restaurant served delicious food. We will be back!

The hotel is well located in central Kuta. The breakfast is good and swimming pool nice.

It’s a five star hotel and we paid 600 euro for 4 nights. The rooms are outdated and definitely ready for renovation. The airco was old and not well functioning. The balcony was ok but not great with the airco placed on it (noisy)

The interior are nice, the gardens are well maintained. Breakfast is good.

I had one of the most unpleasant room experiences during my stay here. First, I was given a room with a view of the hotel’s humongous satellite dish right outside my window, even though I had requested a garden view.Then, the staff moved me to another room that was so moldy I could see mold on the ceiling while lying in bed. The floor felt sticky, which I suspect was due to poor mopping.When I tried to speak with the duty manager during checkout, I was told to wait only to end up waiting far too long.On top of that, I felt somewhat unwelcome during my stay, which was disappointing, especially considering the renowned Balinese hospitality. Sadly, it felt like I was treated differently as a local tourist.

Room was big and clean. Staff help store my luggage while I leave to Nusa Penida.

There is a music sound all over the hotel that wakes me up every morning. They also didn't help me to change my days of stay which I had to do because of no flights from Jakarta.

The location is very strategic, the beach is just around the corner. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The resort is just so beautiful. There's also carpark in the basement, in case you have a car.

Sofa bed wasn't really comfy, unless you don't mind sleeping in a hard bed.

The facilities are fine. The only unpleasant thing was the attitude of some guests in the dining room (I'd rather not mention their nationality), during the buffet breakfast, gabbing bread with their bare hands and asking afterwards if the bread was vegetarian or not, or inserting their hands inside the pots and ditto, grabbing food with their bare hands, even though they had tongues and serving cutlery available. In the end, I didn't go to the dining room for the remainder of my stay.I found it really disrespectful also that some of the ladies in reception would call me plainly by my first name. I believe they intended to make it sound friendly, however, they should have noticed that I always used mba, ibu or pak while addressing them

The location was very good. Accessibility to market is good. Lots of restaurants around. Gujarati restaurant and Sattvic had good food specially for vegetarians. It’s just 2 minutes walk to the beach.
