Rama Beach Resort And Villas

Like a little paradise in the middle of a busy area. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. Beautiful and clean rooms. Landscaping is gorgeous. Close to stores, all within walking distance. 5 minutes from the airport. Good food. Cold A/C.

The beach is pretty dirty in this area. Lots of vendors and taxi drivers that can get aggressive trying to sell you things. Really busy road.

The front desk staff non-cooperative behavior, they were rude to us. Mosquitoes in the room stay with you no matter whatever you do to stop them from coming. The hotel needs renovation, each and everything in the room needs a repair.

The pool was nice with a bar in the pool to sit with your feel in that water while you have a drink and the room was big and quiet.

The accommodations are showing their age and have not been maintained well. The room was kind of shabby looking, there was no mini bar, the food at the restaurant was gross and the staff was not very helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent rooms - modern, clean and lots of room. Loved the pool - 2.4metres is amazing!!! The pool staff were accommodating and chatty. The gym was pretty good - (needed to bring your own towel as there were none available but that's ok) Breakfast had some good choices - sometimes it seemed a little chaotic and often hard to find bowls and cutlery. The Spa had a nice atmosphere and good masseuse. Location was really good - central enough but out of the chaos, close to the airport(but you would not have known it!)

Flies at the restaurant seemed never ending - not the hotel's fault but during breakfast and eating you were constantly batting them away. Wifi was often intermittent and jumped between 2 sites - you had to keep logging in.

The staff and facilities were excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Main pool and bar were handy and well staffed. Breakfast was pretty good.

The private pool and yard were a little dated but that's it.

It was a very good stay there and the location and amenities nearby were good. Friendly Staff. The restaurant was good.

The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating.

Overall, the food at the restaurant was mediocre to poor. The breakfast was OK, but it could be improved with more fresh fruits and replace some of the Indian dishes with local dishes. There is a very good restaurant (Envy)within walking distance, which we ate at many times. It’s in the Holiday Inn.

Pool was lovely , deep and refreshing , gardens superb , staff super helpful and friendly especially reception staff x went above and beyond to help us on our one night stay , rooms were spacious and quiet , beds comfortable , restaurant offered many choices, breakfast was also a plethora of options , all in all we all would throughly recommend Rama Gardens Kyra for a stay for a night, week or as long as your travel requires

Nice amenities and spacious room. Pool villa was very nice with large bathroom and comfy bed.

Unfortunately my son was served a raw chicken burger for dinner. We are very lucky that he noticed and showed us, asking if it was ok. It wasn’t - it was RAW! The staff were helpful and replace the dish with fish and chips but it ruined our stay whilst we waited to see if our son was going to get sick with an early flight to Lombok the next morning. Furthermore, we checked out early at 6:15 and when leaving for the airport the security staff chased us down accusing us as having not checked out. The security wouldn’t let us leave until they checked my son’s room as they had only checked ours when we checked out. Of course there was nothing taken from the room and we were free to go. Horrible experience, would not return.

Breakfast was amazing! Bed was very comfortable. The pool and swim up bar were great to hang around all day. Excellent resort.

Our villa and resort facilities were excellent. Breakfast was nice and the staff everywhere were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the resort is just a little bit out of the way so we found that we got cars to most places but apart from that it was amazing!
