We first stayed at the Hard Rock in 2014 with our two children, who are now adults, and we couldn’t resist coming back.The location is fantastic, you can spend your entire stay enjoying the resort and still have an absolute blast. If you do want to venture out, everything is right at your fingertips: shops, restaurants, spas, whatever you’re looking for, it’s all easily accessible. The resort truly has something for everyone, and we loved every minute of our stay.

My only minor complaint is that the rooms aren’t fully soundproof. If the guests above are heavy-footed or guests are walking past your room super late and being loud, odds are you will hear them. That said, turning the AC on high helps drown it out, and we still enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep.

The breakfast was really nice. I really looked forward to eating it everyday.

The location is a bit old and dull. It really isn't the hotels fault but I found the surrounding area to not be very interesting. Kuta beach included.

Everything was fantastic! The facilities were great, the staff was very friendly, the food was very good, and the music and entertainment were excellent.

Our stay was simply spectacular! Everything was amazing — the room, the super comfortable bed, the service, and especially the attention from the staff, who were always kind and helpful.

The only thing I would suggest to improve is the kids’ activities. It would be great if children who arrive a little late could still join the games, like the Bombing Contest in the pool. The kids get so excited, and it would be wonderful if everyone had the chance to participate and have fun.Other than that, everything was perfect! We truly loved our stay and will definitely come back! ??

Close to center

Too pack, kids center is paid and treated like daycare - which shouldn’t have been like that. It’s should be holiday treatment for the kids

Lovely hotel in the center of Kuta. Easy to walk everywhere. The kids enjoyed the waterslides and kids pool.

The room was advertised with a 'balcony'. It's not really a balcony at all. You can fit a small towel rail on it. This meant the room was considerably smaller than we thought it would be, as there was no extra space. The breakfast wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be.

The staff provided the best customer service we’ve ever had. They made us feel welcomed every second of the day. Great location! The hotel has everything you need! Great for family and would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on visiting

We thought the room will be bigger and the breakfast could use some improvement.

Beautiful hotel, amazing pool, fun events daily, lovely gardens, great kids facilities. Pleasant, friendly staff.

Pool and waterpark are excellent for kids and families. Location is very good for dinner out and shops. Room was clean and very comfortable. Night live performance was amazing.

Kids club have to pay an extra fee and the activities weren’t very attractive. Late check out could be extended a little more. Half board should be considered. Breakfast crowded.

Breakfast was ordinary.Aircon in the room felt like you couldn’t control the temperature. Smelt musty when we first went in.

Not value for money when you are in the resort.Originally communication with the resort was extremely hard. Need interconnecting rooms.

The activities, location and service level

The taste of the breakfast could be better. There is a big variety on choices but the taste of everything is average.

Every single bit of my stay was wonderful. Resort pool and activities were the highlights. Location is good to explore Kuta on foot.Bar and evening live shows are awesome. One can enjoy happy hour drinks almost entire evening from few different restaurants.Photo shoot by hotel is although but expensive but still worth it as it created memories.Buffet breakfast is average as compared to my other stays but nonetheless had most of the things.

Rooms were clean as expected

Breakfast menu was same all three days which wad quite frustrating Pool is accessed by outside people and cabanas were all booked out for our stay before even we checked in and later we found out most of those guys dont even live in the hotelBali and there is no coconut water in hotel for three days although its on menu and says out of stock

Room was quite small. Breakfast not as varied or plentiful as it used to be. Food and beverages quite expensive. Pool not policed well enough by life guards.

Location, clean and modern

Lots of people, breakfast was a wait to sit down.

The best place in Bali to come with small kids to Aquapark. In fact, you can spend 2 days in Aqupark, sleep a night in the good hotel and have for the whole family a good breakfast for the price of 1 hotel night.

Prices in hotel restaurant are really very high.
