Location

The hotel was so accomodating in allowing a late (after midnight) check inn as well as picking us up at the airport! The breakfast was excellent and included. The decor was nice with some unique features as in the dining table located in a shallow pool, so fun!

Each room was given only two small bottles of water per day which was in acceptable. The breakfast items like fruits had flies sitting on them.While we were given a regular teabag at breakfast when requested, any herbalOr green tea bag reiqeated incurred extra charges.

Breakfast provided enough options and the bread was good quality. Small pool area but ok for a few days stay. Room was quite large and comfortable with a balcony but limited drawer space. Kettle was a good touch. Free airport shuttle was appreciated. Opposite Lippo Mall for shops. Toiletries provided. Wi-fi worked well in room, but it was no available at the lobby for breakfast. Bed was harder than we are used to but still slept ok. Fitted our brief for a couple of nights stopover.

The egg/pancake station at breakfast was down some stairs which didn't bother us, but needs to be factored for people with limited mobility. However, I'm sure the staff would oblige. Only 1 chair on the balcony due to size so both of us couldn't sit there and as we were in a corner, there was no view. If I was in Bali for a holiday, I would choose a hotel in a slightly better location with a bigger, grassed pool area for relaxation.

Pool room

The room had a musty/mould smell and we had to wait extra long to be able to check in. The breakfast buffet wasn't amazing

Clean, spacious, modern, nicely furnished room very close to airport. Across the street from a mall with food and shopping options. Room has all the features you would expect.

The location is excellent, everything is close by, but the breakfast needs improvement.

Check-out time from the hotel should be 1 PM.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Property was close to many restaurants and tourist services. 20-30min walk to Kuta beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided complimentary transfer to my early morning flight the next day, so it was very convenient.

The pillows were too hard and too high. Not sure if there were other alternatives, I didn't call to ask as I got back to the room late at night.

Great value in an hopping area. Rooms are quiet. Shuttle to the airport is very good.

Hallways are fine, but that is it.

The room was lovely, nice and clean, pool was a great feature and shallow areas for kids to swim. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was good too with a good selection of dishes.

Great last-minute hotel before my flight. Loved the breakfast and my ground-floor room's access to the gorgeous pool area, restaurant, and lobby. Room had some issues – pretty stuffy and had an odour (staff brought in spray to help, a dehumidifier would've been nice). Also, noisy foot stomping from upstairs late at night; quiet hours might help. Otherwise, drivers and porters were top-notch, and it's close to everything. It’s so close to the airport, the drivers are on time and drive safe.

Great location near the airport with 2 ways shuttle bus service.Staff is nice and helpful.Breakfast is sufficient and good.Next door has many restaurants and even a mall, very convenient!

Facilities in the bathroom are a bit old, pillows are too high and old, would be good to have one high and one low options.

Clean, close to the airport, amenities

The breakfast was average, the same food daily with not much varieties. The hotel food isn't very nice, spend almost 1M for dinner but steak was very flat.Pool was not private, sharing with all the guests, even the deck in from of my room were occupied by other guests.Room is being clean daily, no complains there.

To eat the same breakfast menu for 5 days is not very appetizing... was expecting a more private pool area
