Bali Garden Beach Resort

Bar staff were amazing. They deserve to be paid their weight in gold. Hotel employee makes the best pinacoladas in bali hands down.

Construction work going on next door so we spent as much time out during the day as the noises did my head in. If their was no noise I would of rated the room a 10.

Big rooms, friendly staff. Heaps of facilities around. Good food.Area very clean.

Everything was perfect.

Fantastic staff, food, bars, pools, rooms, restaurants, location.

All the excavators and loaders parked out the front of the property. All the rubbish piled up just outside the property. But this is out of everyone's hands and is due to the beach erosion and rubbish washing ashore every night.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. The food was great and varied and the service was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful even early in the morning. The pool was amazing. The water temperature was great and the water clean. The convenience of having the bar at the central swimming pool was really great. Our room was really nice and cozy and offered enough comfort for us to feel spoilt and that it was worth it.

I cannot think of anything that I particularly disliked.

This hotel has the most beautiful grounds, it claims to be beachfront however its unusable beach, but it is on the "beach front boardwalk". The staff are friendly, especially in the Temple Moon restaurant, We ate at the pool bar, and two other hotel restaurants and the food was good, but amazing food and service at Temple Moon. The area is busy, but has everything you need, waterbom park is across the road, Discovery shopping centre is 100 metres, close to the airport which is why i chose this hotel and the beautiful grounds. The room has cold filtered water which is a bonus.

We booked a family room for a 2 night stay. The room was damp and the room had a very strong moldy smell, we were unable to keep the door open onto the patio as there were too many mosquitos, the outdoor sitting area off the room is quite dark and overgrown (tropical) not suitable to sit outside. This was the only bad thing. The rest of the hotel is super beautiful and lovely.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic variety of options to choose from. I especially appreciated the adults-only pool — it was wonderful to have a peaceful space to unwind (nothing against kids, but the quiet was lovely!). The on-site restaurants also offered an excellent range of dining options.

The resort was exceptional, the rooms were comfortable and clean, pool and surrounding gardens were tranquil, restraints and bars were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so lovely and accommodating.

Beach is basically unusable, under construction and littered beyond belief.

I live in Bali with my family and go here every year for a swim race. It is a good hotel if you want to be in busy Kuta. Staff are great.

The problem is that a new facility has opened just next to the hotel which plays the loudest music you can imagine. It blasts from the speakers. Everyone was frustrated sitting outside trying to have dinner. This is a major problem with Bali and Akita specifically. I will never stay here again as long as the music plays.

Our bed was really hard even though we asked for a extra soft bed. They did put a pillow topper on but still didn't help.

The gym was the worst hotel gym I have ever used. The equipment wasn’t fit for a home gym.The room has so much potential for equipment that works. Dumb bell rack, kettlebells and a squat rack with bumper plates. Maybe 2 decent tread mills would fit as well. This was the single biggest let down with the resort.

Excellent service, delicious food, comfortable room, great pools, gardens lovely and location convenient to the malls. Very warm and professional service….wish we stayed longer!

It is huge, it feels like you are actually inside a big garden.. pools are amazing, food is amazing, service is awesome and the best part was the SPA

Breakfast could have been a bit better

Bali Garden Beach resort is amazing. From the friendly staff, clean facilities, comfortable rooms, tari spa, the boardwalk with beautiful views. I cannot fault this place at all. I brought my parents who fell inlove with this resort also. Perfect location to everything we needed. The cooking class was so much fun!

There is nothing to dislike about this place.

Great location. Reasonably priced laundry and massages, food, drinks on site, first time visitors to this resort and really enjoyed it.

Staff couldn't do enough for you! Food and facilities were excellent and in a great location for restaurants and shopping.
