good location.breakfast good and cheap.staff friendly.

It’s ok .. bed comfy enough for sleep and good air conditioning In our room but not in my son room ..the air conditioning is leaking ..we have reported day we check in but it not done til we check out.Breakfast is ok ..

As the location in main road is so noisy at night until 1 am .so we can’t get good sleep .The other guess always talk and walk in coriander loudly at night also in the morning we can hear kids running round early morning

The water pressure to low and the shower head is only the one planted so cannot be moved

The aircon seems need to be repaired. takes a long time to get cold

Breakfast is terrible. They better not have breakfast at all. Worst brekky ever. Better eat outside.

The staff was amazing, the hotel was very clean, the guy from the parking is so human and helpful he was so so cute with us, everything was perfect

We are family and booked 3 rooms , all 3 rooms are at different Floor. We booked together they should give rooms together.

Location and price.

Bathroom needs a good scrub, breakfasts were very plain (the same food each day too) and there was no milk for the coffee 6 days in a row.

Great location, close to the malls and restaurants.

- Our room 313 was too noisy. Sound from the road and guests come in all night.- Bathroom water clogging ( you should have fixed this according to other reviews)- Poorly maintained swimming pool. Your ladder screws are loose. The pool was slippery from the lack of cleaning.- Your breakfast selection is not competitive compared to what other hotels offer, very disappointing.I do not recommend this hotel. The room is small, loud and doesn't have 3 star quality.

Good value for the money spent. Checked all the boxes of what should be there. Shower is good. Room is clean. Water kettle and coffee & tea present. Decent pool (no kiddie pool tho). Staff is friendly.

All is good. We had some noisy neighbors who kept on running and shouting in the halls visiting each other's room till 00.00 but that is not on the hotel of course.

Pillow were so flat it's like been worn out and cockroach from small to the biggest view 3 rooms all with cockroach running all over the room if like no pest control been done

Only 1 egg allowed at a buffet breakfast. For the rest mostly rice. Doesn’t make sense.

It was okay

The check in time should be 2 PM, yet at 3 PM we still can’t check in because the room is not ready. They said their bedding is still at the laundry, so they need us to wait until it’s finished. Hotel this big should be more prepared and professional. They didn’t even apologize, just told us to wait. Also, the room is very small.

Good food at reasonable price. Friendly & helpful staff.
