Breakfast was good, location was good for what we needed, but its not a touristy part of the island. Rooms snug

Didn't enjoy the smoking close to the dining room, but its a lot more common in Bali and I'm no longer used to it

The omelette that was freshly cooked for us at breakfast was delicious and the service was also friendly and good.

The AC didn't work and also the room key which made it uncomfortable.The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very big too high for a comfortable sleep.

I only like the location and the staffs are quite helpful.

The cleanliness. They should LEARN more about how meaningful the cleanliness is to their guests, as they are a hospitality industry, having a great location property is pointless if you don’t understand the point of cleanliness.

The facilities need to upgraded,especially shower need to repair. And AC is not working in the middle of the night.

The location

We booked online and arrived in the afternoon. Still it took the staff 1 hour to check us in. The staff was nice and tried their best thought.The internet in the first room did not work. Asked for another room, didn't work either. Then the third room finally worked.The thing that bothered me the most: I wanted to talk to the management about a potential cancellation for our last night (because of the internet not working). Would have been totally fine with paying the night we stayed but just didn't want to spend another night there.But the management refused to even talk to me and just told their staff to tell me it's just not possible. This alone is reason enough for me to not recommend this hotel.

the location around kuta

the bathroom need to clean more, there is so many hair from other customer before. and there not toothpaste and brush provide. but we get the nice position room, cause infront is the view of swimming pool.

Location

The standard is quite low for this type of hotel. The room is too small. Our shower didn’t work last time. No soundproof as I woke up at night hearing the neighbors phone kept vibrating. The breakfast option is too limited.

Good location

I went to have breakfast for a coffee but still have powder coffee in the jar and glass, trays, spoons look very dirty, Shower room has small water so annoying when I take a shower

the FO staff was so welcoming and helpfull, the breakfast was OK, the room was comfy and totally valued with money!! i still dont understand why people give bad review about this accomodation, if you expect too much you should find 5 star hotel then.. for me everything was excellent !! definitely will stay here again if i going to kuta

I was upset and uncomfortable because it's too noisy even at 10 o'clock and above people are still laughing loudly and should be reprimanded by security for the convenience of other guests, the shower is broken, the water is small and in the morning the warm water doesn't work properly, the shower is hard to turn on, got stuck because it's too hard to turn it on, we stay for a break but unfortunately very noisy
