The rooms were clean and nothing in the bedroom was broken. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend and I were hungry so we had room service and the food wad exceptional.

The bathroom could be cleaned better and have some of the bathroom accessories such as the soap dispenser be fixed or replaced. The shower curtain should be replaced as well because it was not clean and gave off a bad smell.

the location of the hotel is in a narrow place. the cleanliness in the hotel is very bad. the mattress and sheets are still dirty even though they have not been used. the toilet smells and the corridor can't open the door

It was relatively close to the airport

Super dirty room, very old and broken towels, stains on the walls, on the blankets, on the sheets, no hot water, at least it was not so cold, the towel they left for the floor in the toilet it was dirty and broken, one experience to forget, it's worthless don't expend a bit more and then having a decent room, in the booking.com conditions they ask for a 50.000IDR deposit once I arrived to the hotel they said that they needed 100.000IDR, I left my personal ID as deposit, cause I wanted to have some cash for my last day in Bali, as I said 5€/$ is not a big deal, sometimes it can make the difference making you stay in a decent or not decent place?The bed was really big, and stuff nice

Very basic, nothing outstanding

Location is quite confusing to find through google map. Took the taxi driver in the wrong direction. The hotel street is very quiet and dark, no shops and restaurants nearby.

Cozy, clean. Special thanks to Housekeeping, very friendly. Night shift reception is very helpful. 24 hours security is also very friendly. Hotel deserves much higher score for its value.

Dust in the room. The windows were locked and they tell us that we can not open it bc its a rule of the manager. The whole room was dirty, sheets, floor, bathroom.. we couldn't even breath. Horrible.

The GPS not catches the Hotel address. Every Time booked Taxi/Rideshare always not reached at the hotel. The bad thing happened from airport to this hotel, the taxi driver couldn’t found the hotel and dropped me opposite direction in the midnight which was so dangerous for me to find in the midnight my accommodation.

Unfortunately the location is terrible. No footpaths only basic street food nearby. The only place to eat is the Gallaria but it takes an Uber ride for about 80=100 K return . Check out Ramen 1 and special food offers. There is also a supermarket. The hotel and staff are good ,it’s just in the wrong spot.

The receptionist was the only person who was helpful. The bed was comfortable but the condition of the bathroom could be better.

I tried communicating with the place a week before my arrival, only to learn that I never received any communication. Then, I wanted to postpone by dates to another week, the hotel (via booking.com) did not respond. When I went to the counter, the receptionist mentioned that I needed to communicate with them on another app. Hence, I did not even bother downloading the app as this will probably be my last time to stay at this place. In all the hotels that I have stayed in, I have never experienced a hotel calling me during my sleep just to clean up. We will normally leave the sign on the door if we want the room to be cleaned. The location of this hotel is not centralised as it's located off from town. Furthermore, the lift wasn't working during my whole stay.

You get two free bottles of water and a working AC. You get ants as a pet.

Every aspect of a dirty old motel was there. Old rooms with a few decades old dirt, stains on the bed and pillows, smell from the bathroom is like the streets of Paris in Spring 2023. lots of fake reviews on google maps.

The price.

There is nothing that disgusting. It is a place where to sleep . A very big room comfortable bed. I will not go there to remain during the day. If you thing that for 15€ is a 1 star ⭐⭐ you shouldn't come to Bali. You have swimming pool and AC that is properly working. For 15€. And they let bottled water every day. I am European but shamed by Europeans that give 1 ⭐ because they ask 5 ⭐ conditions for 15€, when in UE you pay at least 200€ for a similar place and point 5 ⭐.

They have a very disgusting management We had left the hotel just dint pay one day rent and was going to pay as I get the transfer they without my permission they removed our stuff from the room what is this I need justice for this

The balcony of the ground floor is the best of the whole property.

The room was dirty, the sheets had stains. All rooms on all floors do not have access to the balcony. I had to upgrade to the ground floor be able sitting outside. my previous room hadn’t even a window.
