Choice Stay Hotel Denpasar

Nice setup with spacious Room, super friendly and helpful staff also accommodating and informative. Great pool to chil

Need to improve on Cleaning the Room and bathroom to be more sparkling. No Room service on Sunday. Air refreshener was pumping aerosol automatically but later the staff helped to remove it. Thanks Bli!

Friendly stuff, nice pool, good service, big rooms!

Could’ve been a bit cleaner, especially the bathroom

what breakfast?

Too much noise, including the clown who was hitting on his bowl at lunchtime to attract clients outside the hotel so he could sell his food. This cannot happen, very disturbing noise.

Worth the price.

Air conditioner was not working properly. Had to change our rooms twice.

I have stayed several times. The room is Spacious , comfortable and clean. AC and shower worked perfectly well.

the hotel was super quiet and the rooms spacious and very comfortable.

Spacious, quiet, clean.

No complaints.

Some members of the staff were really friendly and helped us with some inconveniences, and good location

Facilities (air conditioning wasn't working properly), cleanliness (sheets with rings, bathroom was borderline clean), breakfast (very limited options, quality of food, scheduled for 9 but hotel staff popped into the room half an hour before), check in process, no elevator (room on the 3rd floor)

Nice pool and courtyard friendly staff

Dirty Bathroom lots of old hair in the shower corners. Toilet bubbled and made noises all night.

disappointing

everything, bedsheets dirty, place smell, is noisy, breakfast was bad.

Clean, huge space , comfortable

Organised pick up from airport from late flight in. Really spacious room with fridge & kettle. Nice pool.

Location, not near to many amenities but if you had your own transport this wouldn't be a problem, in fact mid way between coasts.

Staff were friendly upon arrival, check in process went smoothly. The bed was comfortable & so were the pillows. The room had a nice balcony with a view of the pool. They supplied water & coffee daily which was nice. Pool was lovely

The AC didn’t work very well at all, it was super hot in the room and made it difficult to sleep. Room and bathroom were pretty dirty… marks on the bathroom counter & hair on the sink. There were also a lot of marks on the wall.

The hotel's location is great. We didn't have breakfast there. The value for money is very good. The hotel's staff were helpful and kind.

We had stayed here for 5 days and we came back for second time for 1 day for transit. For our second time stay we requested for a late check out, but the staff said they had to charge any hour of late check out. Since we had already stayed in the hotel 6 days (5 days + 1 day) in total, they could have given us at least 2-3 hours for late check out, but they didn't. In the end we had to book one more extra day.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were helpful and had good manner.

Some facilities in the room should be better kept. For example, the trash bin (didn't have a lid) looked dirty. And the sitting place of the toilet was very old and stained which made us feel uncomfortable to sit on. It must be replaced.

The hotel's location is very good.

The room didn't have any view, the window facing the wall. Very disappointing. Not sure why they gave a room with no view when almost all the rooms seem to have a swimming pool view. I'm wondering if this happened because I used Booking.com's genius discount?

Nice and clean, good bed and was comfortable.

If you closed the bathroom door the light from the hallway would shine through the window they had placed which was right where my head was located while laying on the bed.

Value for money. Well located and a lot of facilities around.

AC was buggy. But staff fixed within an hour.

Great value for money. Great location. Responsive staff. Daily cleaning

Just not recommending to stay there

My room didn't match the images I saw initially. When I discussed and had it changed, the air conditioner was excessively loud and not effective, so I had to wear earplugs constantly. On the second day, they sprayed bug-killing chemicals in the room, creating a fog that made me feel sick due to the strong smell. I wouldn't stay there again.
