The restaurant buffet was horrible. But I only ate there once. There are many good restaurants nearby.

The hotel food is bad.

Staff were great

Rooms are falling apart, door handle fell off, towel rail kept falling off. Air con wouldn't work properly in one room. Food was very average, especially breakfast .

Most of the staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was great. The rooftop swimming pool was a joy to use.

The room at the front of the hotel is next to a main road with lots of loud motorcycles passing by even late into the night. It was very hard getting sleep. Internet did not work in that room at all. I had a hard time getting another room.

The staff

The pool was dirty and unusable both the roof top and level 1, the bar was closed. The construction ment the breakfast area was moved, location was awful. Our air con leaked on the floor. The staff were lovely and kind. The rooms are run down, the gym floor was completely uneven and dangerous, only 1 aircon worked and with the heat, it was difficult to use. Unfortunately it is outdated.

Review for Ayu at Ramada by Wyndham BaliWe had an amazing stay at Ramada by Wyndham Bali, and a large part of that was thanks to Ayu, the Front Office Manager. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When there was an issue with our room, she proactively changed it without us even having to ask—an incredible display of professionalism and care.The food, atmosphere, and overall service at Ramada were excellent, making our two-day stay truly enjoyable. Ayu’s hospitality stood out and made our experience even more memorable. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and efficiency. Highly recommended!

The property is a little old so it doesn’t look fresh and new. Looks like it needs a renovation.

Room - Clean, Comfy. Our Suite/Family room area so spacious. Internet very good event many people are using in same time. Room service & the staff very polite.

The hotel is close to eateries and a mall. The breakfast spread was not great and it wasn’t replenished often enough. Some stations weren’t even manned!

We booked two Deluxe King rooms (6127 and 6128 on the 6th floor). The bed was comfortable. Other than that, nothing was good. The rooms had cracked mirrors, leaky air conditioning that didn’t quite work, cracked tiles in the bathroom, missing doors in the cupboard and evidence of water seepage in walls and ceiling. In general the entire property was Ill maintained. It was quite surprising to us that Ramada hotels could be so run down and ill maintained. Finally the hotel staff while polite, seemed a bit clueless when it came to handling issue (I saw more than one guest walk up to them complaining that the air conditioning in their rooms aren’t working and that the front desk was not responding to their calls)

Decent 4 star property for a couple of nights.

The pool did not look good at all. In fact it was completely deserted.

Always a good stay, staff very nice and good quality rooms for a reasonable price.

The walls of the room had mold, the drain of the shower didn’t drain the water, we had to try to push the water into the drain manually every time.The air con leaked allot, we only noticed after it had been leaking in my friend’s bag and everything was wet.Something disappeared (please make sure you put your belongings in the safe)And we woke up with a bird in our room, even though the balcony doors had been closed (so we believe there was a hole somewhere along the balcony wall)Also, when we arrived we were told they’ve upgraded us for free, so I can’t imagine what the other room we had booked looked likeIf you ask, why we didn’t ask to move rooms, we were only there for 2 nights

Room is good but maybe not really soundproof.Breakfast is inconsistent with the taste but variation is good.Pool looks ok I did not have chance to have a swim unfortunately so can't rate it.Location though is really good, plenty food and shops around.Krishna shop only across the road and plenty well known nice restaurant also close by.

Not much soundproof.The noodle station server need more train of how to make noodle al dente (during my stay they were soggy)Each room should have 2 keycards as a minimum International hotel standard and no need deposit (actually this is first time I experienced that I had to put deposit to add the 2nd keycard).
