Breakfast and staff are friendly

We book room next to the pool. Drained was bad. Bathroom flooded so bad. Report was ignored. Pool looks great. Whoever it's was pack with neighbors kids.

The staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel is 200 meters away from a mid sized mall. There are lots of reasonably priced food choices within walking distance, including Starbucks.

I think the food could be improved at the restaurant. I found the food was overall unremarkable.

Clean, elevators, easy to get to on our way north. There was a nice size pool to relax in as well.

My son and I could have been KILLED in this hotel bed.? READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES ?I’ve stayed in 30+ countries and 19+ Bali hotels, and I can confidently say this was the most unsafe, unsanitary, and disrespectful stay EVER. Please don’t make the mistake of coming here.LIFE-THREATENING EXPERIENCE IN OUR ROOMMy young son and I woke up with the ENTIRE headboard/backboard collapsed on us while we were asleep. We were literally trapped under it, with huge nails sticking out right above our heads. This could have killed or seriously injured us. ( Pictures attached).ZERO EMPATHY FROM MANAGEMENTWhen I reported it, the manager didn’t ask if we were okay, didn’t apologize, and instead immediately accused us of causing it. He raised his voice at me and said this hotel has had earthquakes before and that has never happened. I was already traumatized, and instead of support, I was blamed and humiliated to the point of tears. To emphasize, we were literally SLEEPING when this happened.BLOOD-STAINED SHEETS ?They moved us to a new room and the bed had PERIOD BLOOD smeared all over the sheets. Absolutely horrifying. Do they not wash linens between guests? What if the previous guest had a disease? This is not just disgusting—it’s a serious health hazard. (? Pictures attached).BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAMThey told me if I extended for 7 more days, they’d upgrade us to a suite. After I booked, they took back the offer because it was “too much.” Extremely Manipulative, shady, and unprofessional.⚠️ BOTTOM LINE:This hotel is unsafe, filthy, and run by management who lack basic human decency. I’ve never experienced such danger, humiliation, and disrespect anywhere in the world.If you care about your safety, your family’s well-being, and your dignity, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Clean, pretty fresh, not too far from the Kuta beach. There are a lot of items on the menu, but mostly Asian food.Good soundproof room, but you will hear people in the corridor. It is comfortable to work inside.Wi-Fi is fast. It broke only once during our 7 days for about an hour.

There's nowhere to dry your clothes, only in your room, which takes a lot of time.The gym needs renovation.Frozen pizza shall not be served in a restaurant.

Location is fantastic with Mall only 3mins walking distance which has many big restaurants and fast food options along with grocery store!Staff is very friendly and always smiling!Lovely breakfast with items which change everyday.Superb WIFI working on all areas.Good and quick Laundry service.

Not many channels on TV.No smart TV

The breakfast and staff were amazing, the staffs always had conversations with us and we really felt welcome.

Been here 11 times. I like the location close in the city but not far from fun.

Breakfast a bit to same everyday. If you stay like me many days gets boring.

Property is very old. It needs a big renovation to get up to current hospitality standards.Facilities and equipments are old.

Everything about the hotel itself is great realy, the staff, room, breakfast, pool, very clean ? ? ? ?

The location of the hotel was a "problem", you are limited on foot, there is nowhere to go, you need to take a taxy or Grab. But the ride here is very affordable. ?
