I loved my stay here - the staff was so lovely helpful and i was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room as well as the fact that i had an open bathroom in nature, which was beautiful and felt very Bali. It was covered enough for privacy and open enough to feel like i was surrounded by nature in my privacy. I stayed here for 10 days and could've stayed longer. They also have 2 yoga shalas and an in house restaurant. My room was very quiet and I used to love waking up to the sound of the birds. M

y only feedback for improvement is to add more breakfast options and offer more drinks like proper coffee and chai etc. Besides that, beautiful stay!

The property was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. I was very comfortable.

Didn't realize I would have to go down a set of stairs without a handrail. Every time I needed to use the restroom and the night. It wasn't too bad but would be useful to know if have physical limitations

Breakfast and staff are great. Really friendly. Especially James and Komeng. Location is good too. Not too far from a lot of areas but outside of the craziness. I would get a scooter though.Nice pool to relax next to, decent size.

Lots and LOTS of mosquitos. Could have been sprayed a little bit more in the area to keep them at bay. Especially when my bed was made mozzies would be trapped in under the mosquito net so got smashed. A little run down. I feel like the owners could do a little bit more maintenance. Lots of young families and screaming kids. I stayed here to try to get away from them!

A small but beautiful and clean hotel with good value for money. Great attention to maintain beautiful garden and facilities. Good Yoga class and the staff like James is very nice and helpful.

A dreamlike place with heart – highly recommended!United Colors of Bali is a beautiful accommodation in the heart of Canggu. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home – the entire team was incredibly warm and attentive. The rooms were spotless, and the whole property was spacious, clean, and lovingly maintained.One thing we appreciated was being added to a WhatsApp group where we could ask any questions. Even though we only stayed for a short time and didn’t have many questions, the team was always ready to help.A lovely example of their attention to detail: on our first day, we completely forgot that we had booked breakfast. Before it ended, someone actually came to our room to ask if we still wanted to eat – we’ve never experienced that kind of care in a hotel before!We also met the owners, a super friendly couple, who took time to chat with us and shared great tips for our onward journey. Scooters were easy to rent directly through the hotel, which was very convenient.A very special thank you goes to Anam – you always had a funny line ready and made our stay so much more fun. It was a real pleasure!We’ll definitely be back and are so happy to have had such a wonderful experience.M E R C I

Spacious room very clean and very private! We lived everything. The location was fantastic for us that we wanted to stay away from the crowds

Breakfast was fantastic and had a good variety of options. We loved the privacy of our room and our outside seating area, but also enjoyed relaxing in the common areas by the pool or lawn. The staff were always friendly and helpful when we had any questions or wanted to book a day tour.

Disappointing.

Im not too sure how to describe this villa, first of all there is NO lock on your villa, anyone can walk in and out of your place. There is no set door, basically just roll down blinds. This is the first place we stayed where we got bitten by so many mosquitos,even the toilet/shower is outside so you get bitten there too. The net around the bed was insufficient to sadly, the staff are all very friendly, i rented a bike and used it for half a day and was charged a full day, everywhere else only charged me half a day. I would not stay here again.

Overall, a good villa with a very convenient location. It’s clean and tidy, and housekeeping is done daily. The security staff are very polite and always ready to help.A special mention for the local ginger cat! If you see him, please give him some food.Now for the downsides: there are a lot of mosquitoes, and the staircase is quite inconvenient, making it difficult to carry suitcases up and to go down to the bathroom. There is also a noticeable damp smell in some areas. Towels are not changed daily, so we had to request fresh ones every time.

Everyone was very nice and friendly, the room was clean and quiet, nice swimming pool. Beautiful chilling area. We enjoyed our stay.

Hot water in the shower runs out very quickly, you can't have hot shower for a long time.Also the breakfast was poor. You order pancake and get 1 pancake and two toasts. Why not 2 pancakes?? but big pot of Coffee which is very good, thank you.Also the bed makes squeezy sounds.

- The property is located in a quiet, peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist spots. It was the perfect retreat for relaxation while still being within easy reach of attractions. - The rooms were spacious and full of character, with unique decor that gave them a charming, cozy feel. We loved the attention to detail in the design, which made our stay feel special.- The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always going out of their way to assist us. Whether it was providing local recommendations or helping with any requests, their kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.- One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary yoga session offered by the property. It was a relaxing and refreshing way to begin the morning, and we really appreciated this thoughtful touch.

- The breakfast was decent, but the options were somewhat limited. While it covered the basics, we would have appreciated more variety to start the day.- The stairs were a bit steep, which might be challenging for some guests, especially those with mobility issues. Additionally, the doors didn’t close easily, which was a slight inconvenience, though it didn’t majorly affect our stay.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, offering a unique and memorable experience. Despite a few minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others.

Unsafe, avoid at all costs.

Our rooms were mouldy and leaking water, the toilet flushed water over the bathroom floor (it was fixed on our second day), rats got in and ate our food. Worst of all, there was a chunk of glass that had been smashed out of our bedroom exterior glass door. We asked for some tape to cover it up and the two security guards that turned up to fix it sexually harassed me. We spoke with them about it, they didn't realize we could understand bahasa. We spoke with the manager and owner and were advised as compensation that we would be charged for one of the three nights. The managers explanation for the security guards behaviour was that "they are poor and didn't go to school, so they don't understand words like sexual harassment and being a pervert. We train them to be quiet and not talk about the guests and not to laugh at our guests". This was incredibly disappointing, the staff behaviour was unacceptable and unsafe, but so too was the management's disrespect of their staff. This place was appalling, compared to any other villa or hotel we have stayed at in Bali over the years. If you value your safety, do not stay here.

We loved our stay! Villas decorated nicely, three pools within property, restaurant, yoga in the morning. Staff and the service are amazing!

We loved our stay here. Very nice and clean hotel. Very good pool and sun beds. Good location. Good food in the restaurant and a good souvenir shop where they donate money to charity. Love that. Also very good day trips are possible to purchase through the hotel. Also massage, yoga and laundry service are good plus. The best was the hotel staff. They were all so nice and helpful. We are definitely coming back to this hotel next time. See you!

We liked the different areas with the 3 pools, hidden relax zones, bars and chill out areas. The whole setup is well maintained.

I liked the free breakfast and the restaurant attached to the vila as well as the yoga areas and option of 2 pools

I really disliked that there was no bidet, and that the fridge was too tiny plus it was full with beverages which you had to pay for and weren't complementary.

Great place to stay. It's clean, quiet, the staff is super friendly and reactive, and the infrastructure is very complete for the size of the place (good restaurant, 3 pools, massage...)

Great place, friendly staff, good food a bit off the rumble so quiet if you want to relax yet close enough to everything.
