Quest San Hotel Denpasar by ASTON

Toilet was spacious, sheets clean, there was bottled water, clean kettle, toothbrush toiletries and mugs provided. Everything was splendid. I enjoyed my stay very much. They have one plug for Singapore 3pin plug info you forgot to bring travel adapter

no room slippers, pillow could have been thicker for more cushion for me personally, bed is okay. Need to cab or bike to seminyak beach, traffic congestion is inevitable. Nearest convenient store is 400m away, quite dark to walk over at night

Breakfast was the highlight Friendly staff

No Netflix access like advertised which was our backup plan for rainy weatherWifi is bad Only connects in lobbyBed was hard

Nice central clean location. Bathrooms and beds were clean. I especially liked the VW Beetle in the lobby, that was a nice touch.

Only problem was the shower drain in one of the hotel rooms wouldn’t drain properly, otherwise everything else was excellent.

we need closed room with others and they are fullfill our request. it's nice. the location good closed the main road, if crowded and trafic jam we can able take small road behind the hotel. nice!

the parking need coordination

I stay there for three days the staff was friendly the location is good and the cleaning staff are always available, the

The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean and quiet at night.Great breakfast options.

All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I like the quietness even though it's in the middle of the city.

Food amazing, love to have bfast by the pool, staffs are friendly..Good location

Parking area, room cleanliness, linens are stain and dirty, the rest are great

Great staff, helpful and friendly, great morning breakfast and we had connecting rooms with our kids and the value was incredible. Glad I found the place.

Good breakfast.

Lot of noises from pool side due to waterfall Hotel was not super cleanLocated in very high traffic area

The pool, the staff are good

The hotel is not that clean,Geckos everywhere, Toilets are not clean.4 lefts and only one is working

Bed comfortable, restaurant onsite was handy, good air conditioner in room.

Pillows too hard, hot in the hotel no other air conditioned areas, shower not hot, not enough tea bags and creamer and I prefer UHT milk. Just little things really.

Staff was great, convenience, good value for money

No choice of pillow

Easy 24 hour check in, filtered water fountains outside of rooms, buffet breakfast. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

The only main issue is the LED display light from the AC unit lit up the room during the night.

Comfortable hotel at a fair price Staff were very helpful . Breakfast was OK but would have preferred a few more options

The minibar in the room is not actually a fridge but a display cabinet . Would prefer more fruit at breakfast than just individual bowls with 3 pieces in and little more cereal options . The colour of pool didn’t look very inviting

Everything, very good hotel for budget stay, i didnt expect it to be like this.Everything is awesome

1- the room with balconies not allowed to smoke in balcony2- should have chair and table on balcony3- i didnt like that the housekeeping supervisor goes to the client room after check out to check it, because i believe that the housekeepers wont take any tip, i left a tip then waited him to finish checking, then he waited me to leave and went back to the room, i hope he didnt take the housekeepers tips

Break fast was good, location not to bad

Pool wasn't very good and wasn't clean

The food is varied and delicious, hotel room rates are not expensive, spacious room and clean.

This is a large and busy hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of fresh and tasty choices. The room was comfortable but sadly had a very dull view - a large flat roof covered with moss and debris. The swimming pool was in high demand and next to the restaurant so everyone could enjoy the atmosphere. In the evening the bar and restaurant were quieter than expected. There is a thriving Pizza Hut close by, and shops a little walk away. However the close surrounds don’t have many cafes or restaurants.

Friendly staff, clean and worth of the money
