The location is good.

The toilet is smelly, and the rooms are not really clean.

The hotel needs a total makeover everything is old the AC doesn’t work properly and so does the internet

The service was disappointing. When we arrived, we had to ask for help with our luggage even though staff were standing near the entrance. Our request for a smoking room was not accommodated, despite mentioning it during booking.The bathroom did not feel properly cleaned, and the bedside lights were white and uncomfortable; warmer lighting would be more suitable at night.Overall, the stay was just okay. The food was fine, but the experience did not meet expectations.

The hotel is really close to the Kasih Ibu General Hospital.The exterior of the hotel is really nice and food is good and affordable. The price-quality relation is good.

Close to my business meeting point

Before was okay, but now getting down to worse... food for breakfast far from before,. Bathroom on shower area so dirty. Hope the maintenance will improve at least back as last year,.

No hot shower possible as the water was cold in both the taps Water seepage from the door bottom leading to wet area in the bathroom after taking shower Bathroom taps broken and complained to replace. No action taken Breakfast menu was written in Balinese language, should have written in English as well to take care of international visitors Breakfast menu content was not displayed as we are pure vegetarian eating habits, with no meat, no fish , no egg, no beef,.... it was not clear at all. Found it difficult and had to enjoy only cut fruits and normal bread

Not very clean. Plates from previous order left in front of our doorsteps. Still there the next morning. The staff was friendly though !

Location is a plus. Close to the Prof. Ngoerah Hospital where I had appointments for 2 days in a row. Clean room & comfy bed. Staff are nice and responsive, they also allowed us to have early check-in.There is a coffee shop and bakery next door if you opt not to have bfast in the house.Thank you Ibis Styles, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay!

Crammed, congested and poorly lighted

Lighting in the room is poor. Room space is very small; hardly any space to move around.No space to keep suitcase/ luggage and No space to open them.Food options are very limited- hardly any choice for Vegan or Vegeterian

This hotel was the most expensive per night in the area - we stayed here to visit the hospital and had looked at others further out that would have been more suitable if we didn't have to travel.The hotel did not provide bath mats or bottled water in the room - we were told this was not an option in the room but yet we paid a higher price per room than the other high end brand hotels in the area. Honesty, not good value for money at all
