Breakfast is very simple . Enough to keep you full. Staff are helpful.

Try not to get the end of the hotel rooms at level 5 cos around 6 am plus/7 am plus , they start cleaning the swimming pool and you can't sleep cos of the noise. Not much you can do about it except to get lower floors.

Nice hotel and staff Upset when we had put drinks on room then got woken up to pay complained next morning reaction was their policy so advised them to train staff. Oh only soft drinks and beer available which was disappointing and not mentioned before booking

unfortunately when I checked in at night and arrived at the room it turned out that there were many problems in the room such as a clogged sink and a door handle that had been removed and not properly installed. even in the middle of the night we were very disturbed by the many mosquitoes that bit while sleeping so we couldn't rest properly. we feel very disappointed with hotel facilities like this. coupled with the internet connection that can not be used. parking using a stacking system in front of the roadside hotel lobby.

It's an old hotel but very nice and clean.The breakfast is ok with a lot of choices.All the staff from the front office to the housekeeping are wonderful and very helpful. The bed is big and very comfortable. Very inconvenience for me and my family to stay. Next to the Khrisna shoop, which I found very helpful to do last minute shooping for gift. Close to the airport less than 15 minutes before pick time (9am).

Sadly, I trusted the reviews for this accommodation. It was really disappointing. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. Check-out was also super quick (thankfully)However, I didn't enjoy checking in while someone next to me was smoking at reception/lobby. Room sadly smelt like urine. Mismatched discoloured floor boards. Small fridge that was barely cold. Extra large bed with only 2 pillows. Very small bathroom with minimal amenities. Hallway is cramped and small and minimal lighting. Old hotel that could do with some renovations and fresh coat of paint. The hotel is outdated. Sadly, construction was happening, with constant loud banging and drilling as if it was happening right in our room. Cars parked right in front of entrance like an overcrowded car park makes it hard to walk through. Stayed here as it was closer to the airport. However, I would recommend giving extra time due to traffic and needing to head in the opposite direction, which is on the other side of the rd from the hotel.

TV is just for show. Doesn’t function well (Yeah, my 5 y.o niece wants her youtube on tv. I wish for this kind of hotel they provide tv with those options).How could they provide only liquid body soap with no shampoo? For their price, this is sad.

Breakfast was great, fresh fruits and juices. Omelettes delicious. Different food selections. Location met our needs. Quick response by staff for addition items for room (at cost). Great staff, very helpful and welcoming.

Wifi kept dropping out, not enough pillows provided but accommodated when requested.

Everyone was so welcoming, our room was clean, breakfast was great definitely will be returning.

Breakfast many choices and location just beside Krisna Oleh-Oleh.

I stay at room 321 have a bit unpleasant smell from the toilet.

Nothing good, they wanted to charge everything upfront, even for food ordered, which they could have easily added to my room bill and I would have paid during check out. Room charges were already paid upfront

The only thing I liked was the rooftop swimming pool is a plus from this hotel.

Originally, we planned to stay 4 nights, but after 1n we decided to leave as this Junior Suite Room that we booked was good at all, part of the floor was torn & bathroom in such bad & not clean at all. I personally won't call it a 4⭐️hotel!

The fact that the swimming pool is open till around 10 or 11. It was nice to take a swim after along hot days. It was a quite big infinity glass pool, love it alot❤️Breakie was okay, the bihouen was good, better than the nasi goreng.location isn't far from the airport.

We saw 2 or 3 times small cockroaches in the room. Please pay more attention about the pest control.
