Staff were great, breakfast was amazing, location was perfect for what we were there for - overall it was a great stay.

The distance of the pool was a hassle to have to walk up to the other part of the hotel to go swimming, the room was good but the shower would flood until we understood we needed to unplug the cover, this was not mentioned, so something to remember next time

Great location. Not super traffic. Affordable and good bang for your buck.

Pool was more for kids doing swimming class.

Really comfortable staying in this harrishotel. It was my first time staying and sure will be my favourite hotel for my every trip to bali.The breakfast was so nice..and the staff greet everytime we enter the hotel. Good in all. Much recommend ? 10/10

Nice facilities and comfortable bed.

Hairs on the bedroom floor and in the bathroom. Holes in the ceiling in reception.

24 hr check in, as my flight was delayed and I arrived at 2am. Very comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and fantastic friendly, helpful staff.

The bathroom smelt a bit funny

We loved the hospitality, the buffet breakfast, the pool, the cleaning service and the room is a good size for us and the comfort of the bed and pillows was spot one, overall a great hotel to stay in.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel.

First time in Denpasar so not really aware of the location until we got there. More traditional area with not many restaurants around. Staff were very helpful in suggesting where to go to eat and shop and helping us book transport. We had lunch in the cafe and it was very nice. Overall, the best thing was the staff.

The rooms need a bit of an update. Smelt a bit damp. Air con in some of our rooms worked well but not in others. They also had no beer or wine at the bar.

The staff, bedroom,lobby, breakfast

One towel for each of us. We two in the room and there is one towel for each of us. We stayed 3328 3rd floor and the shower room was clogged and the whole toilet was flooded. We didn't have time to tell the receptionist, because we were too exhausted. The lavatory was clogged too.

The bedroom is ok and always clean. The beddings are always new and smells good. The facilities in our bedroom is excellent.

We are two in our bedroom and we usually have one body towel each. We need two body towels each to wipe our body and to wrap our hair when when after taking a bath. The drainage in our shower room is clogged so with the lavatory. Our room number of our first stay was ok. When we checked in the second time that is when the shower room and lavatory was clogged. I requested that I don't like teenagers to be our neighbors, because they are noisy.in our second stay ,our neighbors were teenagers and they make a lot of noise outside our bedroom. We need more outlets. There were few cockroaches and few insects in the cabinet and toilet.

Room looked like it has some touch ups. Water dispensers rather than water bottles provided - great step towards being environmentally friendly.

I think hotel should also remind guests to be conscious of how loud they are inside their rooms. We woke up to guests shouting at each other at 12.30am. Then woken up again with their alarms going off from 5am till 6am. We also heard the guest play with their basketball from 7am. Hotel should ask guests to be more considerate and set boundaries.

I'm a frequent traveller to Denpasar area. Will always choose Haris as it is near to my intended places of interest. The staffs are very friendly. Rooms are sufficiently comfortable

Shower gels and shampoo bottles are hard to squeeze. Hand wash is using the bar soap. Would be better if it was a liquid hand soap. Motor parking is far behind at Pop Hotel. Used to be able to park in front but Cannot park in front anymore.

Booked Harris Dempasar by mistake. Should have stayed Harris Tuban, far superior hotel

Hotel is old and rooms tacky. Bathroom is awful

It is clean and closer to restaurant and mall.

No balcony and ironing

Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy

Kettle didn't work, shower head was covered in limescale and spraying in random directions, tap on the sink leaked out the sides. But, overall we really enjoyed the stay. Would come again.

Overall it was good. Staff was fantastic. For a short stay it was very nice. If we request something,it come very quickly ?

Bathroom was ok but not what we expected and food varieties should be more.

We are vegan.Still then I liked the options in breakfast .Staff were friendly and helpful.

Little more options in vegetarian food.
