Dee Mansion Bali

The pool was great, the staff were very helpful and there were scooters to hire at a good price.

The area was a bit far from most things, you'll need a Grab or hire a bike to get anywhere

It has good value for money, the room is spacious, 20 minutes from the airport, it is a less touristy area, the restaurants are very local and without menus in English, about 10..15 minutes walking The bathroom in my room didn't look good, lots of dirt stains and a bad smell.

The upstairs room is hot, the air conditioner is not strong. After complaining, it's still the same.. the downstairs room is ok, cool

The room was nice and big, the sheets and towels were clean, the pool was nice and the gym, staff gave us water, was always staff to talk to and they always smiled. Can’t fault the service!

The dead bugs (and cockroach) in the cupboard in the ‘cooking’ room so we didn’t go in there. And the hot water didn’t both days until we got someone to fix it which they did straight away. The location isn’t great as nothing is around it.

The staff were all amazing. Super friendly and ready to help with anything I needed.

It is an older property and some of the rooms need some updating. Wallpaper peeling off the walls or lights not working but the comfort of the bed and staff friendliness make up for anything else.

The location was good. Off the main roads and quiet. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but it was not bad. The staff were all very friendly!

It is advertised as having an electric kettle with the room but there was none which I was really hoping to use. You get two pillows in the room and it would have been nicer to have 4. It would have made the stay much more comfortable.

The location was nice, away from the main road & noise. The gym was nice and had everything you needed for a good workout. We received water every morning & staff were friendly.

The room had a bad smell, there was also a hole in the roof. Our neighbours were noisy during the night and could hear clearly in the room next to us. Had room service done, took our towels and forgot to replace them.

I liked to stay in Dee Mansion, eventually I got a good sleep in Bali, the bed was very comfortable. Stuff is friendly and helpful as usual :)

The internet last time was worked not properly, slow speed.Maybe it would be better to improve lights in rooms, because it's very dark.

we arrived and nobody was there so we had to wait for a pretty long time until someone showed up. we arrived at 3am and around 7 am the workers woke us up since they were working on the other side of the wall. the check out is supposed to be at 12 but the staff started knocking and waiting for us to leave at already 11:30, very unpleasant stay

Location is near everywhere

Staff is not very friendly. Around 11 am one staff knock my door very loud. I feel like they want me to leave soon. I am aware of checking out time is at noon.

i was sleeping on a bed that was old and dusty i had such a strong allergic that i thought i could die so moved to a new hotel, as soon as i left my symptoms disappeared now i am left weak and traumatised such a negative experience i want my money back

Finally, I found a good hotel in Denpasar with perfect Wi-Fi :)The apartment is large and has two rooms, a lot of space to feel comfortable.Staff are kind, they processed all my requests.

The bed was really good and the staff really friendly. Gym was good too.

Mice in the ceiling, insects and other animals in the room. The location is really bad.

The gym was amazing and the central location of Denpasar West.

Very slow Wifi, drunken loud and smoking neighbours in the night 2am, poor outdated bathroom facilities, loud music coming every weekend over from the night market very close to it until the very night, poor “kitchen facilities”, dusty scooter parking

It is a little bit out of the way and with bali traffic can take a while to get to places. The room was clean, the pool is a little small but over all very pleasent

We stayed here as it was convenient and close to the airport (20 minute taxi) as our flight was due to get in late. It ended up being significantly delayed and we got in at 4am, so it was brilliant that there was still a member of staff at the check in desk and we were able to get to our room easily even at that time. Staff were also friendly and helpful and as we had such a late night were kind enough to not kick us out our room until a couple of hours after check out time had passed.

However the rooms weren't great - very basic, sink barely worked and the room was a bit depressing. Unfortunately because we got in so late we weren't able to try the breakfast which we did buy included or the pool. I'd recommend this as a convenient and cheap place to stay near to the airport, but considering there is a lot nearby for a similar price or lovely stays for not much more I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone wanting a longer visit.

Literally nothing

Room stank of stale cigarette smoke. Lighting was very dim and dingy. I paid for a double room and they gave me a twin saying that all the doubles had been booked out, without any offer of a price reduction. The sheets felt manky, dirty and old. There was a scribbled phone number on the wall (???). The kitchen had no utensils, no gas so it was unusable. Weird brown stains and peeled cracked paint on the walls. Kitchen counter had a missing tile, obviously a hazard.Bathroom was absolutely disgusting - I've seen better public toilets. The walls were brown/yellow stained. Everything from the showerhead to the door was covered in a thick layer of limescale. And this was after I had asked them to clean it!! I left after 2 days. Easily the most horrific "hotel" I've ever stayed in, if you can even call it that. Don't waste your money here!! The rating must be faked, management deserves a 2 at best.

The gym was the only thing I liked about this hotel! If they didn't have the gym, I wouldn't have stayed there. Had cable TV with some English channels.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The staff were not friendly. How hard is it to say hello when you walk in! The staff only care about their phones.Bed was saggy...old or cheap quality? Wifi was good sometimes, and sometimes it sucked! They made you pay extra to use the stove, even though it's included the price of the room. Bathroom looked liked it hadn't been really scrub in over a year. Location kinda sucked.

They charged extra to use the stove, when it shows clearly in the Booking.com advertisement that it's part of the room price. I never been to a hotel that made you pay extra to use the stove in your room.
