Staff was really nice and the pool was cute.

Parts of the hotel near the pool looked like they were about to fall apart, the rooms were not very clean and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

The staff were exceptionally nice, accommodating my late checkout and providing attentive service throughout. While the property may not be luxurious, it delivers on expectations for the price. I found my room to be comfortable and clean, and the pool area was a pleasant surprise.

My main dislike was the location, which lacked nearby amenities like massage places and bars. However, getting around was easy with bike rentals and ride apps like Grab.The room had some issues: a hole in the bathroom let in mosquitoes, the smoked glass window allowed excessive morning light, and the door's ventilation holes made it easy to hear neighboring rooms.

I liked the pool and outdoor area, room service was quick for cleaning. Most staff were really good.

Most places offer to sort your laundry out for you and they didn't. I needed a doctor and they sent him away, bathroom is outside which I know is common but didn't like it. Only get 1 pillow each.

Area

Very poor condition for this money. I payed almost 100$ for extremely old villa. Before booking I asked if they have construction around. They said No. and they have, and super loud. And manager pretended she doesn’t understand what’s going on.Also you can everything from your neighbors, super loud

Firstly, staff were excellent and so helpful and kind. A little cheeky and funny also which we love abit of banter. We left our passports at the villa which is 45 min drive to airport and they had phoned me prior to my flight and dropped the passports to us at the airport. Staff also said if we bring our kids on the next trip to nomad they will watch our children for us as a kind gesture. I’m so greatful to have stayed with such an awesome villa. Will be recommending them to friends/family and will deffinately be coming back to nōmad hub!! 5 starsssssssssss

I didn’t like that we had to leave, wish we could have stayed longer here. The people at nomad are such lovely people

Cheap and have everything you needed

Property was a bit old and sometimes felt a bit dirty. But all in all it was clean, they clean every day and everything worked fine

Nice location, friendly staff, in a quiet place, all infrastructure nearby, , worth the money, I recommend.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like, although the pool closes quite early at 19:30.

Everything it was dirty we just left did not stay

Excellent place. We stayed couple times in a villa and we loved it. So now we are going back in January again for the 3rd time.

Good co-working area. It had some issues with internet however it has been fixed on request.

rooms are below basic very tiny. no windows, no shampoo or body wash. no noise isolation - you can hear what people say in the corridors or another room.

I think it’s only easy access got conned by the pictures

The rooms look nothing like they do in the photos really need to be cleaned and re-done. Mould was growing in my room and there’s a whole above the door that lets in mosquitoes in all night. Would not recommend

Pool inside the villa..

The villa is quite dirty..aspecially the bathroom..

I were absolutely smitten with the hotel's warm ambiance and the incredibly attentive staff who made me feel like cherished guests from the moment i arrived. Their genuine care and friendliness added an extra sparkle to my stay, making it truly unforgettable.

Staff were very friendly, approachable and accommodating to our needs. Available for daily cleaning of villa. Aircon in the bedroom was a lifesaver in the Bali heat. They provided clean and filtered drinking water as well as a fridge to keep our food fresh

Some of the furniture needed an update (eg small breaks, scuff marks) but overall still clean and comfortable

The staff was nice and friendly and we explained to them very kindly that we found the property not meeting the standard it showed on Booking.com, we explained that we could stay one night instead of 3 as a goodwill and they accepted our offer, and mentioned that they are trying to get back on their feet, we gathered that there could be some financial issues behind the state of the property's deterioration....nevertheless, you shouldn't cheat your clients with false photos on Booking.com

Pictures presented on Booking.com where not even close to what the property looked like in reality, its a complete fake and Booking.com should adress the owner/management to change the pictures in order to present the real look of the rooms and surrounding. Pool was dirty, Rooms on ground floor where mouldy and impossible to stay in, Bathroom was dilapidated and it was not clean.
