The breakfast was very good and the location was great! The beds were comfortable and we liked the size of our rooms. It was great to have a pool as well. The porches were nice as well. The staff were very helpful.

The addition of bedside lamps and access to beach towels

I loved this place from the very beginning. Surrounded by trees and plants, it looks like a small oasis very close to the main road but far from the crowd. The owner and staff are friendly and efficient, the bungalow was very clean and cosy, we enjoyed both the comfy beds, the open shower and the small rooftop veranda. Having the pool in front of the door was a great plus, my son was thrilled. Loved the welcome drink and the positive relaxed atmosphere that this place communicates.

There were construction works next door, so the environment was very noisy during the day. Moreover, the bungalows are quite close to the mosquee's tower amplifiers, which might get you awake at sunrise.

Beautiful authentic bungalows in a gorgeous setting (in the jungle), very close to the beach- best side of island for snorkeling and sunrise. Great price and value. Awesome deep pool big enough to swim laps.Henrik is a friendly and very helpful host, and so were most of the staff- thank you! We will definitely stay here when we return.

Air-conditioning did not work 1 night, but they fixed it the next day.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent with great snorkeling just out on the beach. The breakfast was great. We were greeted with a welcome iced coffee and were able to refill our drink bottles during the day. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We are planning to go back at the end of our trip and stay a couple more nights.

The walls of the cheaper bungalows are very thin so a little bit like camping in a tent noise wise… if you bring earplugs with you it should be pretty good.

Virtually everything was spot on. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable bed and the breakfast was good. The location was especially good ser slightly back from the main road so a bit more private, but with the beach still only a two minute walk away. Finally, the swimming pool was a great asset to the site. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was good, as was the service. They were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice, with a little fridge as well as a drying rack for your bathing suit and towels.

The property itself was a bit off the beaten track but still a really good location beside turtle beach with a few cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Other restaurants and beach bars were just a short walk away. The cottages are among amazing trees and plants with a really nice pool and dining area, it was very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was also really good especially the pancakes and was such good value including a juice/coffee and fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially Harry who went above and beyond to help us any way he could even when we had to leave the accommodation earlier than planned. He happily organised transport to the pier for us. We also got served a welcome drink on arrival which was a nice touch after a long travel day.

Nothing apart from the cottage getting quite hot especially when power was gone for a short period of time but the staff had a generator running quickly after so we were not affected greatly by no electricity.

Nice small cotteges on the great spot of Gili Air, close to beach and coral reefs. Easy to walk around for beach or dinner. Also great breakfast pancakes and friendly manager with a big smile.

Friendy Staff, calm. The Bungalows are roomy, separated in a lovley, shady garden. Big Pool, close to the Restaurant. Excellent breakfest!

In our first Bungalow, the AC. was not working, but we changed, that solved the problem

Walls are bamboo and thin - noise from mosque and surrounds travels in. Would be good to have mattress protector on beds.

Absolutely sweet and lovely staff. We had the 2-bedroom villa it was great value for money, so clean, so beautiful, such great location, amazing breakfast (make sure you try the iced coffee!) the pool area is lovely, you are 2 steps away from the sea and in a nice part of the island (not too busy)

The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to leave!

Peaceful lovely place to spend a few days. Kept clean and neat. Nice pool and area to relax in outside of the rooms. Near to the beach. Friendly people and good breakfast. Incredible value.

Took a while to get used to the bathroom style and the road up to the place (especially at night) Take a torch. Better once we had bikes.

Great location, 1 min walk to beach. Fantastic snorkelling spot, lots of corals, fish and various turtles spotted daily

Lovely staff , basic but very clean bungalow with A/C. 1 min to the beach and 5 mins bike ride to pretty much anywhere on the island. Good value for money.

Again, lovely place , lovely people. Just removed a star because if you want coffee AND juice for breakfast one of them will be extra…no biggie but worth noticing.

the pool and the location were very nice.

we booked the room with the outside bathroom, yet the room next to us had a complete view of the whole bathroom???? when we tried to get them to block the view they just asked if our internet was working and walked away???? there was also a black pond in the room with dead fish laying in it. disgusting. as well as the fact there was no blanket to sleep with and the aircon was absolutely freezing no matter what temperature you put it on!!! all the bikes were “broken” and we couldn’t rent them; YET they were being rented out to every other person at the hotel. idk why our stay was so bad but hope it wasn’t for others.

We loved the family cottage - traditional design, spacious, beds and pillows were very comfortable, bar fridge, own terrace. The gardens and the pool were divine and the staff excellent. Great breakfast too!

The only thing that I didn't realise was that we were quite close to a village and a mosque. I sleep with ear plugs so I wasn't too disturb by the 4am prayer call and the roosters but my partner was most mornings. He went back to sleep after that but for a light sleeper this may be a problem.

Good location, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Great for relaxation and quiet. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Not the fault of the property but prayers are blasted across the island on the hour from 4am onwards which made it impossible to sleep, coupled with the noisy air con we were glad to only stay one night,

The hotel is very close to the beach and arguably the best snorkeling spot. The staff were all friendly and polite people. The breakfast was very tasty. The common areas were well maintained and the pool was nice. The bedding and towels were changed daily and we were provided with two 600ml bottles of water each day.

The room was comfortable enough, but it was dark and the doors were a little difficult to open and close tightly. We also hadn't realised that the bathroom was not fully enclosed. There is a gap between the top of the wall and the roof which meant that insects and lizards could enter the bathroom.

Staff were very nice and friendly. They kept the pool very clean and cleaned it at 7am every morning. Rooms were spacious and mine overlooked the pool which was convenient. We had a very relaxing stay here.

The island itself is frequently smoky and the smoke penetrated the room walls.
