Kuta Circle Homestay

There was absolutely no Wi-Fi in the rooms you could get limited Wi-Fi in the kitchen area out in the middle of the property.My room was full of mosquitoes when I checked in like they left the door open all night or something but little tiny black mosquitoes at ate me aliveMy room had pieces of cardboard in some screen windows and all night with the flow of air they would bump back-and-forthThis place sits right on the freeway highway so you get to listen to every motor Scooter every car everything so loud.Dogs barking all night And something I learned is the religious mosque goes off at 4 AM so when booking a hotel try to get away from one of those as that is kind of scary way to wake up. Yes, there’s one right out the back door.Out of all of my ratings. This is the first time I’ve ever given a bad one I would not recommend this place for nothing

Everything their breakfast was minuscule as well two eggs, one piece of toast and a tiny, tiny tiny cup of coffee

Very clean, great facilities, good breakfast and lovely staff

Not so far away from the center ,shops and local restaurant.Most of the time it was quite and not bad wifi, good air conditioner

Very basic, there were no even soap or toilet paper, there was no cleaning service during the week.And I had issue with transfer, they just forgot to come, might better to order in the different place

It was spacious, pleasantly designed with a good covered area for breakfast/ socialising. Plenty of room to park scooters and a really good coffee/ juice shop right next door.

Noise from outside the property at night

This was my second time staying at Kuta circle, the last time I was here I booked a room for 3 nights and ended up extending my stay for 1 month.

Hot water, nice room, very clean, very well located, breakfast included, air conditioned room, good bed, friendly, helpful staff

Blinds didn’t work, bed sheet didn’t fit properly, nowhere to hang clothes ( except clothes horse which was useful for drying things)

Good location, easy to take a stroll into the hustle and bustle of Kuta.Then easily accessible to get to other beaches etc … on mopeds Pool was nice.

The rooms really do smell damp. The aircon didn’t work well the whole time we was there. It didn’t feel overly clean, we had the ‘deluxe garden view room’ and it could just do with a clean up to make it a bit more welcoming.

We liked the pool, it was nice and clean. It is really close to Kuta centre.

There were more negatives than positives. A lots of noise that we could not sleep, ants everywhere and the breakfast was smaller every day. You can definitely find better place for same price.

BEST ACCOM IN LOMBOKAmazing location, a 30second drive from the center but removed from the hustle and bustle of Kutas main drag. The most friendly and accommodating staff, i extended my stay from 3 to 16 days and they made me feel like family by the end. no request too small or ever an issue. can’t wait to come back and stay again.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was no extra but ok. The scooter(80k/day) and the helmets conditions was better than usual in indonesia.

Dirty walls, the garden was coverd by rubbish, the bathroom was terrible( no soap, always wet because of the bad drain, temperature of the water)

Room was decently clean, nice pool and quiet location. Staff very friendly.

Was very good for the price, have been staying in hostels so this was nice to have a private bathroom

If you can’t ride a scooter location can be hard to get to beaches. But walking distance to the Main Street

Close to a big Road which makes it very noisy. When we checked in room hasnt been really cleaned, it was dirty. No place to hang or put your stuff, just beds in the room. You get what you pay for.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pool is very nice and the location is perfect!

Pool and free parking for scooters also you get breakfast for this price

Headache when you go to your toilet so much chlorine somone can pass out evenEverything so dirty we got deluxe room and it was horibble cracks on the wall the smell

Booked for 3 days ended up staying for 13. The staff were very accomodating. Breakfast is a bonus as well. If you’re looking for an affordable stay whilst in Kuta then this place is perfect. Helped with Scooter hire & taxi to port as well.

Big and comfortable rooms and the pool is nice! Only a 10 minute walk from the city center and next to a supermarket.

One of the best homestay ! The swimming pool was just amazing, the room we got was so spacious and comfortable !We got upgraded which was really nice.The location is a bit far from the center but there is several warung just 3min walk and you can rent motorbike directly from the homestay.

Spacious room, overlooking the pool. Very well located, quite close to the center and they gave us the option of renting the motorcycle there. Very friendly staff.

It's just that the bathroom doesn't have a door, but it's a minor detail.
