Puri Rinjani Bungalows

Location is perfect! Near from beach and restaurants.The garden and swimming pool is well cared.Staff is friendly and always available to help.

In one of the nights the noise from a near club was a bit uncomfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly, and they helped us with transfers and motorbike rentals. The garden is beautiful and well kept. Location is perfect to even walk around Kuta Mandalika and to drive a bike to the beautiful surrounding beaches.

Breakfast is good but we felt there's space for some improvement in the overall food and drink selection.

Excellent stay. 2d time and love it .

I couldn’t get hot water

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The pool was beautiful.

Wi-Fi did not work in my room. I had to go to the pool.

Beautiful property, bungalows were spacious and well stocked with amenities. It was good value for the amount paid, and the experience was enjoyable. Breakfast had a good selection and the buffet was large.

Did not have hot water in the shower, even after calling to ask. Breakfast could have had more variety.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, breakfast, pool, staff.

Beautiful gardens and relaxing pool area. The location is also great - away from the busy main streets but easily walkable. We loved the attached restaurant.

The bungalow could have been a bit cleaner, especially in the bathroom.

It was such a calm and beautiful place to stay! Close by the centre but stayed in a calm environment.

Staff were so helpful and could not do enough for us. At the beach and a short walk to town.

beachfront is not 100% visible anymore from the breakfast restaurant, but pictures on booking are showing thembreakfast could be improved, food was covered with clingfilm and annoying to take the food or peopöe aren't covering it after taking somethingfar away from most restaurantswifi wasn't working and if it was sometimes working, it was really slowlydaily cleaning wasn't done in detail, on the first day i needed to clean the toilet before use, its was definitely not scrubbed, you could see dirty dry drops on the toilet seat

Nice, clean, well maintained place.

When I asked for second coffee during breakfast I was informed that I I am allowed to have one. Over next few days they were checking on me if I do not drink more than one. Guys, not everyone is a cheater!!!. If you do not want me to have a second one it is fine, but do not assume your customers are cheating. Especially there was one staff member who was very curious. I want to say hello to him.

Beds very comfy. Short bike ride to Central Kuta. Quiet.

Some staff seemed disinterested. Others very helpful.

The bungalows were nice however not very mosquito proof.

This place is beautiful and peaceful, loved my stay here.* Everyone who worked here was kind and friendly. They do an amazing job taking care of the grounds and the rooms.* Room was spacious and beautiful. AC worked well. Bathroom was nice.* Pool was lovely. Pool towels were available.* I really liked the location as well. Close to some ATMs. Close to a bunch of warungs past Kuta Walk. Next to the beach. About a 10-15 min walk from the busy downtown area. Felt safe.* Wi-Fi was good!* the included breakfast was very convenient* they gave us 2 bottles of water everyday! Also there’s water in reception which was really nice

* Only one downside I hope they fix. Every time tons of dead bugs would end up on the end of the bed. I’m not sure why. Maybe there’s a hole in the roof? That was super gross bc then you don’t want to lay on your bed. (This was bungalow 6.)
