PinkCoco Gili Trawangan – for Cool Adults Only

Well almost everything!!! The location - so peaceful and set apart. The decor and ambience : so namesake and aesthetic - From room to private beach to pool. Everything and everyone was so welcoming and beautiful an experience!

Honestly I can't point out a single thing!

We absolutely loved the constant surprises (aka free snacks brought over every 15 min). We've never stayed at a hotel that offered something like this before and it was awesome. The pink vibe, the pool, the free cookie jar, the overall service was excellent, and we were able to rent bikes for 24h for 70k which we thought was a good deal. The evening fire show also blew us away. I am so happy this is where we chose to stay!

The only things we could think of that could be improved was 1) food quality was not great- the breakfast sausages were very cold, guacamole didn't taste fresh, and my couscous bowl was dry and missing the hummus. 2) we got laundry done here but our black items came back with sticky white lint all over that's hard to remove. Despite these 2 things, I still highly recommend for anyone to stay here (just eat breakfast and do laundry somewhere else which isn't a big deal).

The staff, location, food… pinkcoco is simply amazing! They bring you food and drinks for free while you’re enjoying the pool, and they take care of every detail. The room was really nice and clean. And they have a show every night for their guests. Sunsets from this beach are speechless. A really good option for accommodation in this beautiful island.

Lots of insects that would pool up on water by sink, could have had a thicker top blanket, and could have facial tissue provided.

Everything was amazing! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, they had free ice cream every time, the massages and food are awesome! They have many options to breakfast and the best is the sunset point view and their night show!

The breakfast was good, but they need more staff to accommodate all the guests. The bathrooms could use conditioner.

Beach: the hotel has a great deck with fire show, recommended. Breakfast is the highlight, great choice, great kitchen - 5 stars. Pool is good, can do laps or just hang around.

The rooms are tired, need new paint. Bathroom to dark for a shave.

Loved the pink! Plus the rooms were fabulous and the little treats the staff gave each day were amazing. The staff were helpful and very kind.

The bikes were a bit old and run down. I would have liked if a staff member was there at night. If you need a drink or snack it closes a bit early. The morning service for breakfast is extremely slow and has a bit of communication issues.

The location was superb and we loved the beach club area. The pool access rooms were fantastic. We loved how comfy the beds were. It was so convenient to hire the pink bicycles. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. I really enjoyed my massage and my laundry (so reasonably priced) smelt lovely. How cute that we received little surprises each evening.

There wasn’t really anything to dislike. I guess even pink fades in the sunshine - things were looking a little tired. However everything was spotlessly clean.

I came to Pink Coco - Gili T 2 years ago and came back as I enjoyed it previously.The place and quality of service has improved. Bedrooms are still top notch, spacious with a touch of elegance and the pink theme runs through everything, down to slippers. There is a turndown service every evening with little gifts left for guests. Ambience of the whole place is fantastic and relaxing.The beach club is still amazing with the dj, fire dancer. Added the saxophonist who was also excellent. Food was good with great vegetarian choices for the non-meat eaters. And service is exceptional. Shout out for Neelu who looked after us well. And of course, the sunset ? is to die for. #sunsetobsessionThe breakfast is delicious, with lots of choice and great service.The Poolside service is also a touch of class, with little snacks and free drinks throughout the day. Reception and restaurant staff are amazing, kind and helpful.The pool is a good size (30m) for a lengthy swim. With lots of loungers and towels.Overall, the staff set a high standard.

Nothing to mention as it was all great. Booking.com has this accomm as a 3 star. Not sure why the low stars. It's at least a 4 star ++

Loved every thing. Hands down my best stay ever. the decor, the interiors, the attention to detail with the amenities, the friendly staff, the daily surprises, good food, reasonable prices, great sundowner, amazing DJ and fire show dancers and the whole vibe.

Fantastic property in a nice location outside of the busy centre. Staff were amazing. Relaxing hotel with little gifts and snacks brought regularly when at the pool. Favourite place we have stayed so far on our trip. Will definitely be back. Pink decor very aesthetically pleasing on eye. Dj and Fire show great at sunset. Floating breakfast a must.

Fabulous energy at this hotel.The staff were attentive and really personable. Rooms cleaned daily and little gifts left for you, which is a nice touch.

Sadly it rained for most of my stay so the bar and DJ set wasn't open at sunset - of course, this is not the hotel's fault. The hotel is a little far from the main bars and restaurants, but you can hire a bike or order a horse and cart. The advantage is that it's quiet at night.

Nice pool area and beautiful room. We had an anniversary and the staff had done such a wonderful surprise with decorations and cake in the room.

I liked all about it. We stayed in a room on ground floor next to pool which was amazing. I would not like to stay on the second floor.

We stayed in the Casa Nostra suite which was huge and beautifully appointed. The details were all very well thought out and the surprises left for us each day were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. The location is a bit out of the way from the main part of town near the port but bike hire was available from the hotel for 60k per day and it was an easy 5-10 minute ride into town. Staff were courteous and very helpful in assisting us with whatever we needed.

Location as mentioned was a bit out of town but bikes available or about 20 min walk.

Omg, this resort was absolutely stunning! The staff were amazing, and the food was great, but the highlight is the amazing entertainment at sunset, with excellent DJ’s, live saxophone, and a live fire show, all set in such a gorgeous setting with absolutely breathtaking sun sets. We spent every night here!The hotel rooms are so cute, with lots of little things to make the stay special, and a great pool to cool off with cocktails.I would recommend this hotel to anyone Thanks you for making our stay special.

Breakfast was amazing. And staff left small gifts each night which was a lovely touch. Staff very friendly.

Very clean. Room cleaned twice per day.
