Very nice facilities

Need a motorbike, something’s are walkable but not a lot. Wish they had snorkeling gear at the property.

A smaller, more intimate property with beautiful and spacious villas. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The charcuterie board that we ordered on our first day was questionable (it looked like very processed meats and cheeses), but they made up for it after that meal. It would also be nice if they provided body lotion and hair conditioner, but for the reasonable nightly price, I can’t be too picky!

I would call it a "boutique" hotel, as it only has 13 villas/rooms, and is situated on a narrow lot. The villas are tightly packed, but private and quiet. The private pool is a perfect size for actual swimming, with plenty of places to lounge poolside. The location is central, making it easy to visit most tourist sites. Great sunset views, with Mount Agung on Bali on the horizon. We even saw a couple of sea turtles swimming in the shallows. Friendly staff makes it even better.

Cigarette smoking should never be allowed in spaces where people eat! No true beach on the property.

NothingBut I would suggest the front office staffs could be more helpful with luggages from and to taxi.The drivers mostly do the work, without any help

Everything was amazing. From the food, the staff, the amenities and the room. Can’t complain. It was so quite and relaxing I would have stayed for another month.

The menu for breakfast was a bit hard to understand. Maybe a bit more vegan option

The beautiful villas and gardens were a delight but the staff made the whole experience 10/10.. Everyone was so genuinelly friendly and helpful. Gave us fab recommendations of which beach to go to to see turtles..I saw alone with 4 ??❤️❤️❤️❤️..the food and cocktails in their dining area overlooking a lapping ocean..heaven on Earth

Everything at Jeeva Santai we found exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The resort was tranquil in a serene setting. The breakfast was exceptional and generous. We had a wonderful stay and in hindsight would have like to stay longer. Highly recommended.

This place is top notch. Breathtaking views. Only 28 guests at a time makes it very quaint. Special treatment from the staff. Food was exceptionally good! Would highly recommend staying here. We had the oceanfront room with balcony! The welcome drink tamarindo delight was so good. Fresh fruit bowl in your room. Comfortable bed with great linens. Can’t say enough about this place. The little private villas looked amazing. Turtles swimming out front.

The hotel, the restaurant and the staff was amazing ! I thought it was beachfront but it was mistake, however they have a shuttle which bring you in 5minutes to a sister hotel with a nice beach and the spa.

Didn't know it was adults only which was a bonus. Room was as nice as Jeeva Klui and pool was good. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff very attentive. Only downside was my birthday dinner where they forget my partners dinner and after being reminded still took ages. She ate 30 minutes after me.

Beautiful views from the restaurant. There was an issue with GF bread, so make sure the staff understand what this is, if you have an intolerance.

We had a great 7 night stay and stayed in a deluxe villa which was fantastic. The best thing about this resort is the food and the cocktails, the restaurant staff are also amazing. The location is also lovely, great sea view and a short walk to the beach.We also visited the sister hotel but the food and service there was disappointing.

The hotel was perfect, such a high standard of quality of the rooms and pool and great value for money.

More variety on the menu for vegetarians :)

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel. My private villa was a perfect sanctuary: comfortable, beautiful, peaceful and thoughtfully designed. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and always welcome you with a smile or offer tips on what to do. The food and drinks at the restaurant were amazing, and a hard to beat location staring out at the ocean! I borrowed a snorkel from the hotel and was able to snorkel with sea turtles directly in front of the hotel, they even gave me a bottle of bread to feed them! I ended up extending my stay I loved it so much, cannot recommend enough!

Spacious villa with private pool as well as a larger pool overlooking the sea. Loved the outdoor shower as well as the spacious bathroom/ dressing room & a separate living room. Amazing staff. Ability to utilise facilities at sister property Jeeva Klui.

Nowhere close by to walk for a coffee or meals. Nowhere to swim out the front of the villas. Menu a bit repetitive when staying for a week.
