- Central location in Mataram. Easy to get everywhere I needed to go. Bed was very comfortable. Room was big. Restaurant had good food options and prices were not extortionate. Water refill available around hotel was helpful. Parking area was large for motorbikes. ATM conveniently outside hotel. Cute park opposite the road. Islamic centre a 2 minute drive. Beautiful view of the Islamic centre from my room and from the roof. But, what really made the stay great was the staff. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home and even drove me to find a motorbike rental, and to sort out a mobile sim card. They always smiled, and said hello and invited me for iftaar with them on my final night. I stayed during Ramadhan and the staff amazingly called me when it was Suhoor time. Housekeeping did a great job and were always lovely. Amazing staff, thank you!!!

- Location wise is strategic. I can get grabcar to go anywhere. Nearby food stalls and breakfast was delicious! There's also a big long mirror which i really like to help me choose the right attire. Definitely will come again.

- There seems to be some rodent, maybe a large rat, living in the ceiling that runs about at night. Very loud and not nice to here it scurrying about. But I got used to it.
- I was 1 minute late for breakfast and they said it's no longer available. They gave an option to send it to the room, but didn't do it.
- Nothing is wrong just maybe they could provide ironing items.
