Sudamala Resort, Senggigi, Lombok

Beautiful rather small hotel, which is exactly what we wished for. Not busy or touristy, but very intimate and personal. The restaurant was exceptional and food delicious. You could see how much love and dedication went into every plate.

The beach didn't impress or wasn't as inviting, but we enjoyed having dinner and listening to the waves crashing. The sunsets are beautiful though!

Beautiful grounds and gardens, from reception to the beach. Very comfortable, quiet, perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The pool is great to watch the sunset from. The staff goes above and beyond to meet every need you might have.

The water pressure in the shower was not great. Restaurant is good, but a bit pricey.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the seaside and you can enjoy the view from the restaurant,it’s also an excellent place to watch the sunset.All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good.

I had a nice stay in Sudamala. The room was very confortable clean with a beautiful view. The breakfast was nice. The staff was very kind and ready to assist. Great memories.

Fantastic location, staff, food and service

This resort is amazing ! It certainly exceeded our expectations. It is better in real life than the pictures on the website. We booked a garden villa with a private courtyard and were so impressed with the size and layout. My husband in particular loved the outdoor shower option. Our first night we were welcomed with free cocktails and small bites. Daily there were two for one cocktails so you could sit and enjoy sunset before having dinner on the deck. The food at the restaurant is outstanding. From breakfast to poolside snacks through to evening dining, every meal presentation is outstanding. Last but not least are the amazing staff. We didn’t get the chance to thank them all personally,nor we we recall all their names but to name them individually doesn’t seem fair, as they all were some of the most dedicated and genuine people we have encountered whilst on holiday. The team are a credit to the Sudamala brand.

A superb stay in a very comfortable and pleasant environment very well care that perfectly met our expectations. The friendly efficient staff and the quality of the service complemented the excellent meals.

It was too quiet for me, and I would appreciate more music. Maybe food was all al carte, no buffet for breakfast, people are super nice super helpful, excursions were very good, buggers are annoying

We loved our stay here. The resort is stunning, and our room was right by the beach, where you could hear the sound of the waves. The restaurant had a wonderful view of the pool and beach, and the staff was lovely and accommodating. The breakfast and food overall were delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend.

Spacious and comfy room in quiet surrounding.. Love the pool and beach. Breakfasts were great. All staff were warm and professional. The spa was superb. The local folklore evening read is much appreciated.

Difficult to remove the mosquitos inside the bedroom because there is not mosquitero.

1.Rigth side of the bed was leaning due to over usage. I slept right in the middle. 2. Small lizard in my jeans that was on the bed.Expect to see frogs, lizards and mice crossing your path.3. Poor lighting across the resort in the night.4. Highly overpriced massage rates ( paid 4x the market rates) with mediocre service.5. Food don't even ask about, during my 2 nights had many dishes sent back to the kitchen.6. Over all the place needs an uplift especially the rooms where the daily rates are high

My partner and I had an incredible 3 nights and 4 days at Sudamala Resort. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was one of the best accommodations we chose in Indonesia. Service was exceptional, the sunset room was outstanding (our view was the ocean -- we could hear the waves from bed every night and morning), but also the BATHROOM is incredible! Super luxurious. We opted for breakfast included which was pretty good. Service and staff was above and beyond always ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thank you for a wonderful few days!

Everything was great, localization, rooms, food, personel.

The only thing I did not like was hotel SPA. It was far too expensive and the spa manager was not so nice as all other staff. Finally we did not use the spa offer.
