Staff quite helpful. If need anything, just ask and they are quite obliging to help out if they could.

Toilet a little run down but everything works perfectly.

The pool was very big, the AC was strong, the bed was comfortable, hot water shower had excellent pressure and it's just a short scooter ride to the centre of town.

The room smelled of cigarettes when we walked in, even though we were in a non-smoking room. I went to retrieve something that fell underneath the bed and then noticed it was very dirty and there was a number of cigarette butts under there. The lid of the garbage bin and the shelving in the bathroom also had cigarette burns in them.

No lift, we are walking from the ground floor with luggages.No hot water as well.

For the price the room was comfortable and there was a pool.

The room smelled a bit mouldy. There were no towels in the room. The staff were not very helpful. The location was not the best, nowhere nearby to eat.

Room smell smoke, towel not clean

There's an Indomart only a minute walk away which is handy as if the kitchen is anything like the rest of the place - you wouldn't want to eat anything from here.

First off we had checked the price on Booking.com, however, decided to show up without booking to see if we could get a better deal. We were originally told Rp 130k, however, after being shown to our room payment was brought up again and we were told it was Rp 300k, almost double the online price and definitely not the price we had first been told. We then booked online in order to get a better deal and avoid being ripped off and were moved from the standard room we were first given to a 'deluxe' room as named on Booking.com. There was no difference between the 2 rooms except location. Both rooms smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, the toilets and sinks were stained, no towels were provided (not that we would have wanted to use the shower anyway), there was dust and cobwebs all over the place and, when we went to get into bed and pulled the covers back there was a flying, cockroach looking bug underneath - pretty disgusting really. We stayed here due to the weather causing a last minute change of plans meaning we needed somewhere to stay until we could catch the first ferry the next morning and, honestly, both me and my partner were glad to check out and relieved our time spent here was minimal; it wasn't an expensive room by any means, but it still wasn't even worth what we payed - definitely would recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere where you're not sharing your bed with a load of insects.

Big bedrooms, comfortable mattress, it offers room service, the pool is amazing. Really good value for money! (Through booking of course, in the hotel its much more expensive and For that price you can find better hotels)

Too much noise during the nights which woke me up. And during some nights not only one so it was not an exception. I dont know which kind of people comes here but for sure they dont care about the other people! It was 4:30am and they were laughing and screaming in the corridor. The bathroom is decent but needs to be cleaned! A lot of lime in the toilet and it was not cleaned enough. Also the mirrors and bins were dirty. Apart from that there was not toilet paper and towels every time we check in and you have to ask for them. The towels seems very old and doesnt smell good. It should be banned to smoke in the corridors and hall, I am a smoker but it smells terrible and its disrespectful for people who dont smoke.It would be great if they improve this because its a really nice hotel.

The staff at reception was just very nice. Always smiling and trying to help you the most as they could. I had good recommendations from one of them: eating in lalapan makrul warung just front of the hotel. Excellent food and inexpensive, running by lovely family. And was definitely where I was eating everytime! The pool looks great even if I didn't swim in it. Sunset at the beach less than 5min by walk, the little temple is not too far as well. Room has good size.

The smoke of cigarettes everywhere in the building. As in Indonesia it's allowed to smoke everywhere, the rooms smelled smoke as the corridors. I had to put a towel between the door and the floor to don't have more smoke coming in my room and open the window but one was broken and can't leave the other window open everytime because of mosquitoes. Indeed the window of the corridor was broken so the smoke was just staying in. For those who don't mind the smoke it's okay but those who are sensitive to it... The sheets were also dirty (full of sand) but I asked to change them and they bring me new sheets after a long time (even if they told me they will change it later, I had to ask it twice. I don't know if they forgot me or wrong communication between the reception and housekeepers but I arrived around 1:30pm and I understood they were busy cleaning all the rooms because of the time of check out but around 4pm they all finished. So I asked again and got new sheets around 5pm). Toilet was kind of leaking in when the tank was full so I had to switch on or switch off the tap behind it everytime to save water. Not big deal if you stay only 1 or 2 nights. Spiders are not a problem for me but when you wake up and see two of them dead on your bed and you were bitten during the night.... I would definitely stay again in this hotel and would give higher rate if they take better care of it quickly especially cleaning part

Quiet and comfortable

The reception doesn't smile and welcome to guest, but so far so good.
