Great location off the beaten track value for money restaurant was open air on the oceanClose to main town easy to get to with motor scooter you could get a snorkeling tour there to the Gilis for the day

The pool entry steps were too high the paths around the hotel were made of stones very uncomfortable the entry off the main road to the property was terrible stones bumpy not very nice for the scooter

Good location to get to local waterfalls and the Gili Islands, Great outdoor pool but could use smaller steps to enter it otherwise I just jumped in, outdoor restaurant on the beach was excellent, beautiful vista, wait staff friendly and efficient, good eating choices great prices, bedrooms a good size, lots of foreign visitors from Europe, property off the main road but I came by scooter, easy to get to eating venues on the main drag

The stony walkways were really annoying and uncomfortable, in room there was no fridge and no safety deposit box,

Very nice hotel with very nice staff! Totally worth the money! Restaurant and prices are also very good. Decoration is very beautiful.

Great beachside hotel. I arrived in a thunderstorm and the staff were very kind and helpful. Pool and grounds and room impeccable.Exceptional service, wait staff, cashiers and barrista. Especially Dea, Putu and Wardana! This team did everything they could to make my stay memorable. They could not be more helpful.

Discrepancy between booking.com and local pricing.

The rooms are showing their age, but are decent enough considering the location. The restaurant had some decent food, too. There are some amenities within walking distance. Staff are nice and can arrange some excursions if you are looking for them.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice view over the pool from our balcony. Hotel is well known in this area of Lombok, and appears to be the best hotel according to the locals. Tasty food at the restaurant.

Stunning scenery and the staff were so friendly

The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. It's right on the ocean and you can lay look at the moon and stars at night. The food at the restaurant is very good as well. We like the hotel so much we stayed another night.Great experience.

the place is beautiful and the room too

the food wasn't so good, but was ok, and people didn't have a pretty good english, so was a bit difficult for us to comunicate with them

Perfect surrounding, amazing food and sunset ?? the stuff is really nice and they offer all kinds of activities from the hotel. The pool is amazing and just next to the hotel is a little beach where you can hop on a boat for a daytrip or whatever you like. Would recommend the hotel for sure

First room I got (102) was the most moldy room I have ever seen (mold in the curtains) and for the worse smelled. After pointing out the problem they literally send someone with a fragrance box. It was obviously the least about the smell but about serious health issues. After sending more and more staff I finally got to choose a new room. Heads up - not too much mold in the bed room. Still dirty sheets at all ends.But you need to know that the bathroom is aggressively covered in toilet stones (to cover the sinks smell). Could spend there more than a minute.Hotel Taxi to Bangsal was twice the price I paid the day before with Bluebird (was unfortunately na atm).See yourself how generously they offer fresh fruit for breakfast…Shoreline is secured by debris. Not a pleasant area at all. There might be better options for the north.

The sunsets were gorgeous.

The bathroom had a bad smell.The staff at times were not helpful at all, e.g, would not help us order a taxi as online options were not available. Pool and the area around needed maintenance e.g.broken tiles.The noise was the worst part. So much construction noise all day til late. Conference centre noise. It was too much so we left early.

Cabins generally comfortable

Hot water runs out within a few minutes. Water pressure extremely low. Bathroom smelled. They put the camphor balls everywhere to the point it became unbearable. I asked staff to remove them but they didn’t, so I had to. Place is very isolated. Unless you have your own transport, getting a taxi anywhere is ultra expensive. The beach has rubbish everywhere. Pool was murky the first few days then seemed to clear up. Only a few sun beds available. Breakfast was same-same

Great Restaurant on site. Fabulous sunsets. Enjoyed the swimming pool.

Only a fridge in the room would be handy
