Bel Air Resort & Spa

The property was right on the beach. Very chill and relaxed atmosphere with a bar, pool table and a movie playing every night. The staff was very friendly. We had a lot of fun with all the locals on the island. The breakfast was exceptional.

The bed was not very comfortable. They need to upgrade their air conditioning, because it was quite hot in the room and it would drip. The wifi does not work in the rooms.

The room was totally different than the one in the pictures; it was dusty everywhere, TV was missing, AC did not work properly. A renovation is long due. Additionally the receptionist was very rude and suggested to complain to booking, not to them.

We had the one bedroom villa. Nice large room, although outdated it was clean and comfortable. Great location if you like to snorkel. Beautiful reef in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing! Beautiful to eat on the waterfront and great snorkelling right out front. The staff were lovely and the quirky architecture made it a unique experience.

Unfortunately our room was quite run down and not exactly like the picture. It appears they have refurbished some rooms and have only advertised the pictures of these ones. Unfortunately our room had gaps in the door and was a haven for mosquitos. There were dozens and each night I would get eaten alive despite best efforts to fill up holes in the door with towels. I don’t usually get bitten but one night woke up with 26 bites on my chest. I asked reception to change rooms but was advised it was not possible. Also the pool has old piping and turns your hair green. I was happy to swim in the ocean out front instead.

The staff and specially the manager were super friendly. They welcomed us with a cold drink. The room was nice & clean, and with good amenities. I really enjoyed my stay on the island and at the resort. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Friendly, caring, helpful staff. As a diver I couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. The beach chairs and tables are back in place and the restaurant renovations completed. All in all a nice relaxing spot.

-breakfast menu is very limited.-bathroom needs a serious upgrade.Not at all what is advertised.-smelly drain in the washroom-wifi is very spotty.-fridge is the room is dirty and stained.

The location of this hotel is amazing! You can snorkel right across the street. We even saw a turtle. Poor was great temperature and kept very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and want you to be happy.

A kettle in the room would be great since breakfast doesn’t start until 8am but definitely not a deal breaker.

Great hospitality from Endang and team. Awesome food. Great location for snorkeling out the front. Perfect stay.
